Shark Tank Experience Motorworld made me feel like a fish swimming with sharks, they were all about the sale versus taking care of the customer. I was very clear of my sit Motorworld made me feel like a fish swimming with sharks, they were all about the sale versus taking care of the customer. I was very clear of my situation, busy schedule and what I was looking for in a car. I also wanted to do as much as possible online and on the phone in this COVID environment and got pushed aside for long periods of time b/c I was not at the store. In the dealers efforts to squeeze a two car sale at the end of the month deadline, not to mention every penny out of me, they lost my sale. The communication between departments was terrible as they did not communicate with each other, half way on my ride to the dealer for my car I was called saying my price changed, only to end up in another negotiation, although they knew what my price range was and we were on a deadline! I was called the next two months being offered prices much higher than our original negotiation and over my budget, I guess they hoped I was desperate? Took my business to Mini of Allentown and got a better car for less with no hassle and great customer service. Very disappointed to have ran my credit and wasted precious time that I will never get back. Very disappointing that they did not stand by their mistakes, no apologies, no deal, all I got was excuses and disagreements, amazing how I can have a total different experience with other dealerships and nothing changed in my situation. Shop around and be careful before shopping at Motorworld Honda, I learned a lot from this experience. More
