2015 Genesis sedan w/Htrac, Signature, Ultimate Had my 2015 Genesis to 2 very reputable tire dealerships for a front end alignment. Both charged, but were unable to align the car to factory specs. Had my 2015 Genesis to 2 very reputable tire dealerships for a front end alignment. Both charged, but were unable to align the car to factory specs. Neither could suggest a remedy. MotorWorld Group of Wilkes-Barre (Hyundai division) evaluated the front end and within 20 minutes, informed me exactly what the problem was (physically showing me), how they would correct it, and the cost. The final alignment specs (printed out for me) indicated they adjusted every front and rear parameter to dead-on perfect. The other shops weren't even close. Hats off to Hyundai Division services JJ Durr and his Alignment Shop guys. Their competency is such a rare commodity. Their professional & personal interaction was absolutely top shelf. My only regret...I didn't go there first. More

I am very pleased to say Gary Blackledge greeted me at the door with a smile, showed me the Tucson - the car I knew I wanted to buy - that was on the showroom floor, and made my car-buying experience as painless as possible. I was extremely pleased that he did not have to run back and forth to discuss me with some person I never saw. I refer to this unknown person as Oz. It is very frustrating when a salesperson has to run back and forth everything you ask a question, especially a question about cost or financing. I admitted to Gary that was wanted to look at another car at another dealer. He was not pushy and did not pester me with phone calls. He simply gave me some ideas of features I should keep in mind when looking at the other cars, but he did not force me into making any decisions. I am grateful for all his help and of the others who helped me with my purchase! More
