I had to cancel my Toyota reservation in September due to unforeseen circumstances. They either have used the wrong phone number or have created a fake service under my number as I did not receive any service from them. We has to allocate a Crolla Cross Hybrid. It was expected to take 2-3 months, but took 6 weeks. Throughout the proccess, the salesperson (Laz) kept us informed every step of the way and even It was expected to take 2-3 months, but took 6 weeks. Throughout the proccess, the salesperson (Laz) kept us informed every step of the way and even had the Assembly plant in Alabama contacted to remove the Convenience Package which we didn't want. Laz wasn't in when we picked up the car (we live out of town) and the salesperson we dealt with (Shane) was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. This is the second car we bought from Mountain States Toyota, and our first experience in 2022 was also great. We highly recommend this dealer. More
