Originally contacted them through the Costco auto program. Made an appointment for a visit they did not honor and threw me with somebody else. Asked for pricing with this new rep, they refuse to give because they did not want to give out the mandatory Costco discounting. Tried following up several times via email and phone calls and still never got any pricing I was promised, just a lot of games they’re playing. They lie and say they custom order you a vehicle, Toyota doesn’t do orders they just do allocations for vehicles And dealers take what they can get. They also said they have $1000 nonrefundable deposit which is also false because it is illegal to keep it deposit on a car for a customer. Very shady dealership. I called Costco to get a new Toyota dealership to work with and told Costco about my experience here when they asked why. I then got a call from the Internet manager at Mountain State Toyota the next day you would think to apologize for my awful service here, no, she called to try to say I was lying to try to say face with the Costco program. So many better dealerships in town to deal with, avoid these guys More

Contacted this dealer about a used SUV and made an appointment to come review and test drive vehicle. 10 Minutes prior to arrival I received a text that they could not start the car, but they would be appointment to come review and test drive vehicle. 10 Minutes prior to arrival I received a text that they could not start the car, but they would be more than happy to show me the vehicle. Upon inspection I showed considerable interest in the car, but wanted to test drive before purchasing. The next day, salesperson text me that it was a key registration issue and the car was still in shop but everything looked good. After numerous texts to salesperson and manager with little to no replies, I was informed about 5 days later that the car had been sold. Very disjointed communication amongst staff members, not impressed at all and will not deal with this dealership in the future. More
