Above and beyond Recently i went to mountain states to test drive a vehicle i saw on there website that was an amazing price for the low miles it had. John Saldivar is who helped me i wanted to have the vehicle checked by my own mechanic John said this would be fine but he couldn't promise the vehicle would not sell before i could make this appointment which i understood. I made the appointment with my mechanic for the very next day unfortunately John called a couple hours later and the car sold. After a couple days i got a message from john, listening to the message im expecting to hear what u expect from a dealer.... we have lots of other vehicle's in your price range or we have similar vehicle's you may like but to my surprise John called to let me know that the other parties financing didn't work out and the car was still available. The superior customer service i received from John made this and extremely easy and simple process from beginning to end... i was never pressured or made to feel uncomfortable and at the price point the vehicle was at John didnt have to call me back to sell this vehicle and also didn't have to inform me it was sold he could have just as easy let me come and find that out when i was us there and try to push something else onto me... my father was with me for the test drive and the final purchase he asked John for a card upon signing final papers and we both agree the next time a friend or family member is looking for a vehicle this is the place and John is the MAN. More
