Without going into a long story, my wife and I were finicky, and test drove two separate vehicles at two separate times in the same day that day. If Nelson was annoyed, I would never have known it. He was unbelievably attentive, genuine, knowledgeable, and understanding. My three year old even said "I like Nelson." More

Matt even looked up the nearest dealership to where I'm moving. Coincidently, he just got back from where I'm moving and gave me recommendations on where to go and what to check out.
