Verry Frendly Customer Service! This is the second car we purchased from Mountain States Toyota and the experience was just as good as the first time. Derek Garcia was great with showing me and my wife all the colors available and combos of colors. I had great test rides also with him and he check all over to find the color combo I really wanted? Pricing was easy as they beat the other dealer’s prices every time. Derek also answered all my question’s and pared my phone to the car and after I bought the car later helped with the navigation system. It would be hard to have a better experience buying a new car than Derek and Mountain States. More

Patient Informative and Courteous Car shopping as a single female can be intimidating. So when I totaled my car, I found myself in the market again with little time to research. My f Car shopping as a single female can be intimidating. So when I totaled my car, I found myself in the market again with little time to research. My fear was that I would be taken advantage of. Being a previous Rav4 CPO owner, I wanted the same, but what dealer? I sought out recommendations from friends, co-workers and other random Toyota owners. Mountain State had positive comments and the Rav4 with the features I wanted. At no time did I feel pressured. Nick and Randy were patient with my concerns, informative on the car, and respectful thru the entire process which spanned days as I made up my mind. There was no pressure at the financing table which has been contrary to many of my other car purchase experiences. Chris was also informative and courteous with all the options available to me. Finally, when a small issue arose with the car just days after purchase, they were quick to get it rectified. More

From Old 4Runner to New Our 2000 4Runner ran like a champ, until one day it didn't. While it might have been a minimal repair, the engine was over 220,000 miles, so we had it towed straight to the dealership. Our logic was that hopefully the parts would be in stock if we decided to fix it or we could see what our options were with what they had on the lot. While walking around with our two year old, we ended up bumping into Fred. He really heard us when we explained our situation, and without any pressure, he gave us a lot of information. Fred knew a lot, even about our 3rd Generation 4Runner. We talked about how they hold their value in general and saw that the premium 2013/2014s were about the same price as the 2015 SR5s. He explained that there had been some recent hail damage, and some of their new 4Runner inventory had been marked down in addition to being fixed. Although we've never bought a brand new car before, with all of the incentives that were available, we ended up really excited about the Nautical Blue SR5 4WD! Only, they didn't have one in stock. Fred scrambled to find one for us with the interior we wanted and found one that had just been shipped to the US. He gave us a very specific timeframe that it would arrive at their dealership, he touched base with us every time he got an update (almost daily), and in the end we were able to pick it up days ahead of schedule! Fred was so patient with both us AND our toddler throughout the whole experience - and we really never felt any pressure to do anything. He really felt like a coach; he was very knowledgeable about Toyota and very enthusiastic about all of the technology. Highly, highly recommend him! Very pleased with the whole process. More

Best car buying experience ever!!! I contacted Mountain States Toyota through their website to find out if they were going to have any more Highlander XLE's in stock with some options t I contacted Mountain States Toyota through their website to find out if they were going to have any more Highlander XLE's in stock with some options that I really wanted. They began working on trying to locate my ideal vehicle. While waiting for my vehicle to be found I took in my trade-in to have it appraised and leave a deposit on one that they thought they might be able to get from another dealership. It was at this time that I met Patrick Ericsson. Unfortunately they were not able to get that Highlander for me, but soon after they did end up getting another one and Patrick sent me a message to let me know and asked how important one feature was to me that this vehicle did not have. I told Patrick that it was the most important option of the options that I wanted, so he made it happen, he had that option installed and I have my new Highlander! I had a wonderful experience with Mountain States Toyota, I loved how their pricing works and that I did not have to haggle over the price. Patrick Ericsson and Christoper Freehart were wonderful to work with, they worked hard on getting me the vehicle I wanted and they kept me informed every step of the way.
