Excellent Experience -- Thank you Jason! I had a wonderful experience at Mountain States Toyota. I was lucky enough to work with Jason Crouse, who was extremely knowledgeable, answering every question we had. Jason was very accommodating, personable and made buying my first Toyota a fantastic experience (and an easy decision!). There are always concerns when purchasing a vehicle from a dealer you don't know very well, but as soon as I set foot on the lot, I was treated with honesty, respect and greeted by many friendly faces. I would recommend Mountain States Toyota and Jason to friends and family alike. Thanks again guys! More

Best car buying experience ever!!! I contacted Mountain States Toyota through their website to find out if they were going to have any more Highlander XLE's in stock with some options t I contacted Mountain States Toyota through their website to find out if they were going to have any more Highlander XLE's in stock with some options that I really wanted. They began working on trying to locate my ideal vehicle. While waiting for my vehicle to be found I took in my trade-in to have it appraised and leave a deposit on one that they thought they might be able to get from another dealership. It was at this time that I met Patrick Ericsson. Unfortunately they were not able to get that Highlander for me, but soon after they did end up getting another one and Patrick sent me a message to let me know and asked how important one feature was to me that this vehicle did not have. I told Patrick that it was the most important option of the options that I wanted, so he made it happen, he had that option installed and I have my new Highlander! I had a wonderful experience with Mountain States Toyota, I loved how their pricing works and that I did not have to haggle over the price. Patrick Ericsson and Christoper Freehart were wonderful to work with, they worked hard on getting me the vehicle I wanted and they kept me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend this dealership. More

To whom it may concern, I would like to take this time to express how greatful I am with my recent visit to mountain state Toyota, JEN DECKER was ver To whom it may concern, I would like to take this time to express how greatful I am with my recent visit to mountain state Toyota, JEN DECKER was very helpful in this hard time I was going through she took the time to explain every detail and she was so patient with me even on her off time she still answered any questions I had In regards to my decision of my purchase and also gave me a great deal, my wife and I had been to other dealers in the past and all we got from them was a hard time and a lot of pressure from people that just wanted to rip us off to make a quick buck but Jen was very helpful and understanding to our needs now we drive our 2015 Camry hybrid with a smile on our face because we know that everything we experienced with Jen was fair and true. Although I wanted to stay loyal to my Nissan Xterra it was time I treated myself and my daughter to a new and safer vehicle. I was nervous about dealing with the whole process of the purchase. My brother in law suggested we go into Mountain States Toyota and see Jim Gallegos a person he trusts. We went in to see Jim and to my surprise I felt very at ease and excited for the new purchase .Jim was so helpful and kind and worked so hard to get me the best deal on my new 2015 Rav 4 . Waste of time and gas Went there on Tuesday the 18th to look at a jeep on there lot. The salesmen didn't know where it was so we drove around on the lot looking for it. We stopped at a Toyota I was curious about but realized it was a little pricey at 26k. So we hopped back in the cart and he stopped up front and he started talking to someone, looked at me and said well I have to run. WOW thanks for the GREAT service. Drove 60 miles out of my way to look at the jeep and I didn't even get a chance. More

First new car purchase was a great experience at MST! I was referred to MST and salesman Doug Morlan by a trusted source. I did my research and scheduled an appointment with Doug. He met me early on a Saturday morning to accommodate my schedule. Doug is very friendly, knowledgeable, down to earth, but most of all not pushy. This was my first time purchasing a car and Doug was very patient with me. He answered all my questions and listened to my car needs and helped narrow down the perfect new Toyota for me. The staff was friendly and the facility was emaculate, they even had a free BBQ lunch for their customers. Financing with Toyota was quick and easy and I left a few hours later with a great new car. I was treated extremely well by Doug and the team at MST and highly recommend them. More

Bad salesman We have been to this dealership before and every time we had great salesman. Unfortunately, that was not the case the last time we went. Our salesman We have been to this dealership before and every time we had great salesman. Unfortunately, that was not the case the last time we went. Our salesman was very preoccupied. He was on his phone a lot and kept getting distracted. He made several trips back and forth from his desk to the finance office and oftentimes he looked lost and unsure of what he was doing. He mentioned several times that he was in the process of purchasing his own vehicle and we felt that he made that more of a priority rather than helping us. I almost requested another salesman because I was very irritated and frustrated. Everyone else in the dealership that we dealt with was pleasant, friendly, and helpful. We will go back to the dealership again for that reason. I was just very unhappy with this particular person. More
