Patrick Ericsson was quick to greet us upon our arrival, took us to the exact vehicle that we were searching for and gave us a thorough demonstration of each feature the 4Runner has to offer. Patrick was laid back, the non-hasselling type. He made sure we were taken care of through the entire experience, offering us water and food, and continued to check in with us at each step in the process. He even brought two of the same vehicle, each a different color, to the front door so I could take my time and compare colors, thus helping me decide which color I'd prefer. In addition, when I forgot my necklace on the rear view mirror of the vehicle I traded in, Patrick had it waiting upon our return at the receptionist's desk. The sales manager was up front and honest, and didn't want to waste our time when it came down to finances. He met me at my offer and pulled a few strings just to earn my business. The finance manager, Ryan Revis, did everything he could to get us the best financing possible and later called me to notify me that I got a better rate than expected. Overall, if I had the finances and the opportunity to buy a new car every day, I would do so each day at Mountain States Toyota. More

Fantastic! I heard that Mountain States was having some killer deals. I was interested in something small and good on gas, so I chose a Prius c. When I arrived the car was sitting right out front of the dealership. Fred was there to greet me and get me all set up for a test drive. He asked if I had ever driven a hybrid before. When I responded I had not, he explained to me about how they operated, which was very helpful. He was patient with me throughout the test drive which I appreciated and answered any and all questions I had fully and thoroughly. I decided I wanted to go ahead with the purchase and Fred walked me through the process of how my trade in would be appraised, what the paperwork would entail, how long processing should take at finance and how before I left that someone would be able to help me set up my phone with my new car. Once we were done processing the trade in, Fred double checked with me to see if needed anything else out my trade in. I had cleaned the car out earlier in anticipation of leaving her behind, but had forgotten to clean out the middle console and didn’t remember that until he asked, so I really appreciated that! I went over to finance where they suggested products that were appropriate and reasonably priced. I chose the ones I wanted and then I was all set after signing some paperwork. The whole process was pleasant and efficient. I would definitely come back to get my next vehicle, especially if I could get Fred to assist me again!!! More

These guys are straight shooters and want help people find a car they want without being pushy or price gauging. I came all the way from Oregon to lease a new 2015 Prius because the price was so good. The price listed on the New Car Specials on the Mountain States website was what I paid. No haggling or surprise fees. I'm driving home with a brand new 2015 Prius, having put $999 down and my payment is $139/mo. If I had leased locally here in Oregon, my payment would have been double, even with a larger down payment. These guys are the best! More
