First Toyota Purchased Bought a Toyota Highlander after trying several other brands. Did not realize these cars were in such high demand until I started looking at a new car Bought a Toyota Highlander after trying several other brands. Met James Longsdorf my Sales Consultant and explined what I was looking for and when I needed the car for a vacation trip. James quickly came up with the cars available in the time frame but at that point nothing suited our needs. James did not give up, we went for a test drive and while we were gone he had his Manager looking for cars that fit our needs. When we got back he had two more cars lined up for us to consider, long story short we bought a car that day. We have taken delivery of the car and my wife and I love the car! I can't say enough about James, I felt he really worked for me but at the same time represented Mountain States very well, he also was knowledgeable about the car. After the purchase Emily Caldwell very efficiently handled the financing. My wife and I enjoyed working with James and Emily, it was an enjoyable experience. Mountain States is a very clen well presented Dealership with friedly helpful people. More

First time buying a new car! My first car was a brother-brother hand me down, my second car was purchased in the military in Europe and involved less paperwork than trip to the de My first car was a brother-brother hand me down, my second car was purchased in the military in Europe and involved less paperwork than trip to the dentist, so needless to say I was nervous and hesitant to go in to Mountain States Toyota to look at the trucks. The second I parked Juan pulled up next to me on the cart, shook my hand, and offered me a water. The respect he gave along with his friendly demeanor impressed me right from the start. I explained I was interested in a new Tacoma and wanted all the little bells and whistles that came along with it. He carted me off to the lot to look at some of the inventory they had and within 15 minutes we were in one taking a test drive. This might seem fast but let me be the first to say that I was in no way forced or pushed to get inside. After the drive we went inside and while explaining my hesitancy and expectations Juan assured me that there is no pressure to purchase a vehicle and that I have no contractual obligations to go any further. I left that first day with only a price sheet. I came back the following day with a bigger wish list for a new truck and within 20 minutes Juan found what I wanted and placed the order. Two days later I was back in the office and was filling out the paper work. Juan and the entire staff were friendly, reassuring, and to say they were all great professionals would be an understatement. From start to finish Juan was about as good as it gets, and I feel fortunate that in my first 'real' vehicle purchase that he was the one I got to deal with. If you need someone to assist you, please look no further than Juan! More
