I recently purchased a new vehicle at Mountain States although my intentions were to browse for a certified used one - the sales rep was excellent and I recently purchased a new vehicle at Mountain States although my intentions were to browse for a certified used one - the sales rep was excellent and felt like dealing with someone I had known for a long time already -she made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout the day long process of completing my purchase. Poor Customer Service! My wife and I went to purchase one of their used vehicles. We received an offer from Autotrader.com (like everyone other person nowadays, even had the offer vetted by a local dealership) and expected the dealership would come close to Autotrader.com's offer. Our trade-in offer from Mountain States was EXTREMELY low! Was told that my trade-in offer from Autotrader.com was wrong and that no one would offer me that price for my trade-in. Upon asking about Autotrader.com's offer and how it works the manager told me they do not deal with Autotrader.com, ironic since I found the listing on AUTOTRADER.COM! STAY AWAY! One of the most dishonest places I've ever been. Did I mentioned they kept us waiting multiple times for over 20 minutes, never once apologizing. More

He dealt with Emily Caldwell on Line and he thought the deal she offered was great. We dealt with Larry Hall at the show room he was very helpful and informative on the test drive showing how the backing camera worked and the turning radius, he also synchronized my pone to the blue tooth in the car and showed me how to do it. The car was ready for a test drive when we arrived. It was the Color and make I wanted. Larry asked what I would like and I told him the 0 % financing and he help me get it and I never felt like it was a high pressure sale. I had such a great experience I recommended Mountain States Toyota, Emily and Larry to the nurse who was taking care of my mom when she was in the hospital she said she was looking for a RAV4. I will continue to tell people about Mountain States Toyota, their sales and finance people and how they make you feel like they will go out of their way to make sure you get what you want. I also appreciated the thank you box that Emily and Larry sent me for buying the car and how they have already sent a email telling me my first service is due in September. The finance manager Curtis Mannisto has a great sense of humor and excellent people skills he also never made me feel like it was a high pressure sale. THANKS Eileen Shovlin More
