We originally wanted a Honda CRV but when visiting a local Honda dealership prior to the Mountain States Toyota dealership, our liking of the CRV was quickly shot down by our overall experience with this Honda dealership due to their lake of customer service. The staff at Mountain States Toyota- shout out to Nicholas Wagner and Will Hollingsworth who personally assisted us with this big purchase-were kind, understanding, patient, professional, and had great hospitality. They made us feel very welcome and they were willing to accommodate with all of our needs and requests. Even though we knew they could not logistically grant our whole 'offer' they were willing to counter offer and do the absolute best that they could to make us feel like we still were getting a good deal instead of unnecessary arguing just for pinching pennies like at the Honda dealership (which I'm sure not all Honda dealerships are like what we experienced at the one we particularly visited). Wonderful experience! This is my third Toyota Tacoma purchase, the second in six months after my brand new 2015 Access cab was totaled in an accident that was not my fault. This is my third Toyota Tacoma purchase, the second in six months after my brand new 2015 Access cab was totaled in an accident that was not my fault. Randy Hendricks at Mountain States Toyota made replacing the totaled truck the best vehicle buying experience I have had. He was very patient, with no sales pressure, and he was knowledgeable about the Tacoma features and options. I appreciated the price transparency at Mountain States and the large inventory of Tacomas; there were far more to choose from than the other dealership where I had purchased the Access cab. Randy’s service and professionalism didn’t stop after the sale. He understood the functions of the Entone audio/navigation system and activated the free Sirius XM satellite radio system for me – he even preset several stations that he (correctly) thought I would enjoy! He made sure that the vehicle was ready for pick up when I came and established a userid for the maintenance application and scheduled my first appointment. Randy has followed up with me several times since I drove off the lot (loved the thank-you goodies that were sent to the house). I will never buy a Toyota from any dealership other than Mountain States Toyota, I highly recommend Randy Hendricks, and I look forward to sending referrals to him. More

We found our new Sienna the second time we visited the dealership and decided to shop around to be sure, well in shopping around we were incredibly disappointed with the other sales people and couldn't find a deal comparable. Needless to say we called Randy and got our car! Randy is amazing and took care of everything, we had an unexpected longer than normal wait time getting our paperwork and loan finished up and he still took the time to make sure to go over everything thoroughly with us. He also brought the manager over who then thanked us and offered a $100 check to go out to dinner sometime for waiting for so long!! The dealership and Randy definitely went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied and we most certainly are!!! We will always buy from Randy and Mountain States!!! More
