I walked into the dealership with a strict budget to follow and Felix worked with me to make sure the wife was happy. What was truly amazing is I never had to deal with the back and forth negotiation process. I told them my budget, and they found a way to make everyone happy. Once all of the paperwork was ready to sign, Dustin made sure to explain everything in layman's terms and allowed me to ask clarifying questions. Overall, I can not say enough positive things about this dealership and their wonderful staff. Now I have some fish to go catch, but I will see y'all very soon because now my wife wants to upgrade. I worked specifically with Nick Kramer who is extremely knowledgable about Toyota. He was able to answer every question I had and helped me decide on the best 2015 RAV4 for me. He is friendly, professional and very comfortable to be around. It felt like buying a car from a good friend! I also worked with Dustin in the finance department who made the paperwork piece of buying a car very quick and easy! He is very outgoing and great at his job. Last minute before finalizing my new car, I decided to look into trading in my older car and I got a very fair price. The inventory is great, pricing the best I found and most importantly the customer service was excellent. Bo Bayard spent hours explaining the nuances between the models. Sean Kramer work with me to find the exact model, options and color I wanted. And, the trade in value for the Tacoma was highly competitive. It was one of the most low pressure experiences I have ever had purchasing a vehicle and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that I was getting exactly what I needed. I worked with Pierce Holstead primarily and I felt completely at ease working with him. The dealer had a hail storm come through so I purchased the vehicle with some minor damage. The dealer did a spotless job repairing the damage and Pierce went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect was taken care of. I will be returning the next time I have a vehicle need. More

Good Buying Expereince After having compared prices, certification, options and services online, I began going to dealerships to test drive used Honda CRV's, Kia Sorrento's After having compared prices, certification, options and services online, I began going to dealerships to test drive used Honda CRV's, Kia Sorrento's and then to Mountain States Toyota to test-drive and possibly purchase a used RAV4. Although it was a close-call between a Honda CRV and a Toyota RAV4, I felt the final decision came down to manufacturer's certification, and to the courtesy and service I found at Mountain States Toyota. I worked with Roland Mombelli who was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and patient as I test-drove four different RAV4's, seeking to find the right price, year and options for my needs. After having questionable experiences at other dealerships, Mountain States Toyota felt like the right choice. And my new-used RAV4 feels like the right vehicle. I think I done good. More
