I worked with Pierce Holstead primarily and I felt completely at ease working with him. The dealer had a hail storm come through so I purchased the vehicle with some minor damage. The dealer did a spotless job repairing the damage and Pierce went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect was taken care of. I will be returning the next time I have a vehicle need. More

Good Buying Expereince After having compared prices, certification, options and services online, I began going to dealerships to test drive used Honda CRV's, Kia Sorrento's After having compared prices, certification, options and services online, I began going to dealerships to test drive used Honda CRV's, Kia Sorrento's and then to Mountain States Toyota to test-drive and possibly purchase a used RAV4. Although it was a close-call between a Honda CRV and a Toyota RAV4, I felt the final decision came down to manufacturer's certification, and to the courtesy and service I found at Mountain States Toyota. I worked with Roland Mombelli who was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and patient as I test-drove four different RAV4's, seeking to find the right price, year and options for my needs. After having questionable experiences at other dealerships, Mountain States Toyota felt like the right choice. And my new-used RAV4 feels like the right vehicle. I think I done good. More

Thanks to Derek Williamson and this dealership. 6 months ago I went to this dealership just to look at the cars and honestly I wasn't sure if I want to buy a RAV4 or a Jeep. That day I met Derek Wil 6 months ago I went to this dealership just to look at the cars and honestly I wasn't sure if I want to buy a RAV4 or a Jeep. That day I met Derek Williamson and a few hours later I went back home with a beautiful blue RAV4 !! I am so pleased with their services and always like to go back and see these people. 2 weeks ago my father in law told me that he decided to buy a Chevy and I told him " you must come to Toyota Mountain States dealership and you will change your mind for sure ! ". I took him with me for a maintenance service but unfortunately we first met someone else ( not Derek) that day and we didn't receive the service we expected and I was so embarrassed in front of my father in law . A few minutes later Derek showed up and I told him the story and he said he can show us their cars. He showed us more than 10 cars and patiently explained every detail about them and answered all of our questions . 1 hour later my father in law decided to buy a Toyota Tundra !
