Thanks to Derek Williamson and this dealership. 6 months ago I went to this dealership just to look at the cars and honestly I wasn't sure if I want to buy a RAV4 or a Jeep. That day I met Derek Wil 6 months ago I went to this dealership just to look at the cars and honestly I wasn't sure if I want to buy a RAV4 or a Jeep. That day I met Derek Williamson and a few hours later I went back home with a beautiful blue RAV4 !! I am so pleased with their services and always like to go back and see these people. 2 weeks ago my father in law told me that he decided to buy a Chevy and I told him " you must come to Toyota Mountain States dealership and you will change your mind for sure ! ". I took him with me for a maintenance service but unfortunately we first met someone else ( not Derek) that day and we didn't receive the service we expected and I was so embarrassed in front of my father in law . A few minutes later Derek showed up and I told him the story and he said he can show us their cars. He showed us more than 10 cars and patiently explained every detail about them and answered all of our questions . 1 hour later my father in law decided to buy a Toyota Tundra ! These people are awesome ! More

Superior Customer Service Experience I recently had a customer service experience that warrants taking the time to fill out an online survey. My Rav4 was in an accident and was at the bod I recently had a customer service experience that warrants taking the time to fill out an online survey. My Rav4 was in an accident and was at the body shop for months. After finally getting the vehicle back, another problem cropped up, an obviously discouraging situation. But Scott Jarrett and Mountain States made the entire situation as painless as possible. Scott worked with my insurance company and went the extra mile to work out the repair so that I would only have to take a few hours off work and would not have to incur additional car rental charges. Scott could have simply made it my problem. But instead, he solved the problem for me. I will continue to rely on Mountain States for my service needs because of people like Scott. More
