Superior Customer Service Experience I recently had a customer service experience that warrants taking the time to fill out an online survey. My Rav4 was in an accident and was at the body shop for months. After finally getting the vehicle back, another problem cropped up, an obviously discouraging situation. But Scott Jarrett and Mountain States made the entire situation as painless as possible. Scott worked with my insurance company and went the extra mile to work out the repair so that I would only have to take a few hours off work and would not have to incur additional car rental charges. Scott could have simply made it my problem. But instead, he solved the problem for me. I will continue to rely on Mountain States for my service needs because of people like Scott. More

I went to Mountain States with just looking what was available on the lot. I went to the back of the dealership immediately due to the fact that I didn't want to be bothered by any salesperson. I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime and wanted to make sure I did it right this time to the best of my knowledge. As I was in the back of the dealership looking at the inventory, a salesman approached me. For some reason right off the bat it felt like this was meant to be. I began letting Michael know my needs and he made sure everything was about my families needs. I ended up purchasing my new Toyota within a matter of hours. I have never had an experience with purchasing a vehicle that went so smoothly. Quick Fix I discovered a leak in a power steering hose 3 days before a scheduled trip. There were no appointments available, so I had to drive in and wait, whi I discovered a leak in a power steering hose 3 days before a scheduled trip. There were no appointments available, so I had to drive in and wait, which I anticipated would be an all day affair. Bobbi Myrick, the service adviser, got the car checked in less than two hours. The part was not available in the metro area, so she arranged to have it shipped overnight and had it installed within an hour the following day. We had visited the location about a year ago and were not really very happy with the service. We thought we would give them another chance. This time was completely different! Our salesman Joe S., greeted us right away(typical for a car dealership) and was a great salesman throughout our visit. He was not pushy or otherwise negative at any time. He asked our needs and met them above our expectations. The Dealership was really nicely appointed inside and made for a comfortable experience. They worked to meet our purchase needs and we never felt pushed or pressured. The financial aspect of the purchase was quick and painless. I would definitely visit them for a future purchase and recommend them to friends. More
