My experience was amazing and I would do it all over again! I purchased my 2015 Toyota from Michael Ramstetter, who is a saleperson at Mountain States Toyota. I went to Mountain States with just looking what wa I purchased my 2015 Toyota from Michael Ramstetter, who is a saleperson at Mountain States Toyota. I went to Mountain States with just looking what was available on the lot. I went to the back of the dealership immediately due to the fact that I didn't want to be bothered by any salesperson. I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime and wanted to make sure I did it right this time to the best of my knowledge. As I was in the back of the dealership looking at the inventory, a salesman approached me. For some reason right off the bat it felt like this was meant to be. I began letting Michael know my needs and he made sure everything was about my families needs. I ended up purchasing my new Toyota within a matter of hours. I have never had an experience with purchasing a vehicle that went so smoothly. I want to thank Michael for everything and would do it all over again with no hesitation as long as Michael would be included. More

Quick Fix I discovered a leak in a power steering hose 3 days before a scheduled trip. There were no appointments available, so I had to drive in and wait, whi I discovered a leak in a power steering hose 3 days before a scheduled trip. There were no appointments available, so I had to drive in and wait, which I anticipated would be an all day affair. Bobbi Myrick, the service adviser, got the car checked in less than two hours. The part was not available in the metro area, so she arranged to have it shipped overnight and had it installed within an hour the following day. We went in trying to find a white limited tundra which wasn't a success. Nelson went out of his way found us a white one just how we wanted it. He helped made purchasing the truck a breeze. We had visited the location about a year ago and were not really very happy with the service. We thought we would give them another chance. This time was completely different! Our salesman Joe S., greeted us right away(typical for a car dealership) and was a great salesman throughout our visit. He was not pushy or otherwise negative at any time. He asked our needs and met them above our expectations. The Dealership was really nicely appointed inside and made for a comfortable experience. They worked to meet our purchase needs and we never felt pushed or pressured. The financial aspect of the purchase was quick and painless. I would definitely visit them for a future purchase and recommend them to friends. More

It took them more them two weeks to payoff the balance of my trade-in. And this after I got after them while they were passing me from department to department and person to person. I finally left a message for Gretchen who was supposed to have called me back. Never heard back from her. A day later the sales manager calls me with the news that they have finally paid off the loan on my trade-in. My new car was also not cleaned properly before delivery. These people left a very bad taste in my mouth. The only reason I had gone to them was the good reviews that they had posted by others. I wonder if my review will get posted??!!! More
