Great atmosphere, knowledgeable staff. We were looking at vehicles on the showroom floor when we were greeted by Drew Anderson. Drew was very knowledgeable and very easy to communicate with. I thought I had done all of my research online and was pleasantly surprised how much Drew really helped us! I was firing off questions and he was quick with answers. He also wasn't afraid to bring other team members into the mix, making the purchase of our new Sienna a very relaxing, at home type of purchase. When all was said and done, we felt like family! I will definitely shop at Mountain States again and hope that Drew is there to help us! More

Easy process I do not like buying cars. The process was made easy with all negotiations done prior to arrival. They stuck to their price points and it was a simp I do not like buying cars. I ended up going to this dealership because it had so ma I bought a used car (2003 Mazda 6) from Mountain States Toyota and it was a great experience. I ended up going to this dealership because it had so many great reviews and after buying a car from them I understand why. I found a car I was interested in on their website and was able to quickly setup an appointment to test drive it the same day. Unlike some of the other dealerships I visited I didn't feel pressured and didn't have to deal with high markups or haggling. I worked with Jack DeWitt who got me a great price and made the process easy and stress free. Would definitely recommend this dealership, ask for Jack, he'll take care of you. More

Straight Forward, Low Pressure I found my Nissan Frontier at Mountain States Toyota through a generic car find website. The price was great for such low mileage, so I went to take I found my Nissan Frontier at Mountain States Toyota through a generic car find website. The price was great for such low mileage, so I went to take a look. The staff were friendly and helpful, but I was blown away buy how Jason, my dealer handled the process. First, there were no hidden fees for the sale, just one very low dealer fee which was explained on the website and was very reasonable. Second, Jason answered my questions, but never pressured me to buy. He provided solid advice and let me know what I could expect in financing. In contrast, I went to another dealer to test drive another vehicle and had both the salesman and the manager try to force a sale on an older vehicle, with higher mileage, and they had nearly $4,000 in hidden fees. I literally went back to Mountain States the next day and bought from them. Jason made sure to answer all of my questions and got me a great deal on my pickup. Overall, great buying experience with no B.S. fees or high pressure tactics; they sold me a high quality used vehicle at an amazing price. More
