Like hanging out with old friends! Up till now I would have preferred a trip to the dentist over going to a car dealership. Buying a new car at Mountain States Toyota was painless and we never felt like we didn't want to be there. Really amazing! Outside of 20 sales people staring at you as you get out of your car --- sorta like vultures waiting for something to die in the desert, we actually enjoyed visiting with Nick Wagner and Jim Gallegos. There was absolutely no pressure and they couldn't have been nicer. Paula Lambert was also very pleasant, thorough and very efficient in preparing and executing all the paper work. B & J Scott More

I felt I was in control and that Mountain States was looking for my best interest. I felt comfortable around the staff and I am very satisfied with my purchase. Simplicity, no haggling, fair, integrity, from the back room experiences I've had in the past to the now experiencing what the future will be. Competitive not just locally but nationally, consumer responsive, caring, honest without that feeling of falseness or they are in another room winking. Emily took all of my emails and was quick with responses. Juan was a gentleman from the beginning to the end, you could tell he didn't dread going to work but loved his job and was given an environment where he could do it well by representing the clients. Ryan was professional, knowledgeable, and knew his finances. Direct, no universal hidden charges, nothing you could not find out on the internet so everything we expected happened there without one extra $ and that is rare. The health care industry could stand to learn something on payment vs value and customer service. Job well done to the three of them. With great gratitude, we love our Toyota. Magical I went to purchase a new truck with a preapproved loan but I forgot about the sales tax so my loan wasn't enough to cover the purchase. My credit is not so good so when Patrick asked to try and get me financed thru Toyota I didn't think there was any chance he would succeed but he did and now I'm a proud owner of a new tundra!!
