They accused me of possible taking it to a Grease xxxxxx or Jiffy Lube and they might of removed the wrong drain plug and didn't tell me. This truck has never been at one of those places since I have owned it, This place was very quick to blame the customer (me) for this missing fluid. I will be seeking legal action against this dealership for warranty fraud, WOULD NOT RECOMMED THIS PLACE TO CHANGE OIL ON A LAWNMOWER!!! The Customer service rep. and the service writer should loose there jobs due to the very poor customer service. More
Worst dealership and service center on the planet! Avoid this dealership at all costs. First they lie about what their perma plate, windshield protection, and warranty covers. Second their service de Avoid this dealership at all costs. First they lie about what their perma plate, windshield protection, and warranty covers. Second their service department is the worst i have ever seen. I have brought my truck in 5 times to get the air conditioning and starter fixed and it hasn't been fixed yet. I asked them to look at the brakes because they felt soft since day 1, now my rear brakes don't work at all. I nearly rear ended a car in the snow. I asked them to take a look at a problem with he truck smoking on start up, they told me nothing was wrong. It turns out they were wrong and there was a problem with the fuel air mixture. You have to wait at least month to get any appointment. The GM now refuses to service my car despite my warranty issues. I am disabled and they told me there were plenty of other dealerships to get my truck serviced. I paid for my warranty coverage and they refuse to fix the warranty issues. They scratched the heck out of my truck and still refuse to handle the situation. Now i am still dealing with their insurance company a year later to get my paint fixed. The GM Tim Vanbinsenberg has the worst customer service skills i have ever encountered. Never ever go to this dealership! You will regret it from the moment you leave. And you might want to avoid Toyota all together after my experience. They can refuse to work on your warranty issues if they want. And if you contact toyota, the complaint goes to a customer service rep at the dealership who was hired by the GM. So you get absolutely no where. More

I drove on a Tuesday to buy a car and I got there with a little more than an hour before the dealer closes. I got there and the person who help us said, yes I can go and show you the car, so he went and got the car and told us that the car did not had any gas, this salesman told me that he had to go and put some gas in the car but it was too late, also that even if I decided to buy the car it was too late!!! really!!? so I left and drove back again another hour to buy the car again! that was my mistake! I got there this time 3 hours before they closed. I got there hopping that they already knew I was trying to buy a car but NOOO!!! I had to start all over again and guess what!? the car had no gas!! so we went and put gas in the car, after driving the car I notice it need it tires and the car only had one key! those keys are 486. I mention to the salesman that I would like that to be replaced or if they can get the price a little lower so he went and got the manager and his answer was. NO I can only do a couple hundred off and nothing more. so after that, I just left and I was annoying because I made a second trip for NOTHING!! 4 hours wasted because the first sale guy did not wanted to help me! very disappointed of this dealer and his team! Bait and Switch and Screw The Customer I have no problem stating that Mountain States Toyota is the Chernobyl of stealerships. My daughter drove 25 miles from University of Colorado to look I have no problem stating that Mountain States Toyota is the Chernobyl of stealerships. My daughter drove 25 miles from University of Colorado to look at a CPO Corollla, We had a specific model in mind. When she got there, the car did NOT have 25,000 miles as advertised on their website, instead it was closer to 50,000 miles. An honest --though I'm pretty sure the people at Mountain States are unclear on the concept of honesty -- mistake, we were told. The next day, we found a similar Corolla that met all our criteria, low miles and the right price. I made the arrangements with one of their stealers (I don't need to give you his name as I suspect they're all crooked) who was going to send me the paperwork to finalize the deal. Guess what? The very next day, I received a phone call to the effect of, we looked over the vehicle again and found out the mileage stated on the website, about 30,000, was actually over 50,000. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me three times...well there's not going to be a third time. Instead there's going to be a report made to the Denver Better Business Bureau. And I'll contact some friends I have in the local media, perhaps to initiate an undercover investigation of this bullcockery. Read the Yelp reviews. Mine is hardly the first crappy experience. Make sure the next one isn't yours. This place is radioactive. More
