Our sales rep, Youssef Malki, explained the workings of the car and the practical functioning of the car in a very straightforward way and we went on a test drive. He was very patient, was quite familiar with his subject, and was good at explaining things. He discussed all the stuff on the dashboard, how the seats fold down, the controls, the dashboard, and so forth. Just to give you an idea of where we were coming from, this was our first hybrid, our first car in over a decade, and in fact our first car ever that has power steering and windows! (Our previous car was 18 years old.) He also explained the financial stuff well; there was a substantial rebate available for the car if we paid cash, so we got a loan through our bank (which we intend to pay back in a few months). He didn't give us any stress or high-pressure stuff, it was just "here's the car and this is how it works and this is how you pay for it." More
