When we arrived Patrick Ericsson made a winning impression immediately when he showed respect and courtesy by introducing himself first to me and then my husband. Too often salesmen act as though the wife does not exist (something which actually cost a Ford dealership our business this week and made us look to M.S.T.), but throughout the entire experience Patrick was very conscientious to include my husband and I equally. He was never pushy and did everything he could to make sure we had every bit of information we needed to make the best decision for us and not just for his sales. We never felt rushed and working with Patrick felt like working with family. We last bought vehicles 15 years ago and Patrick helped make the process very transparent, showing us how much had truly changed. Patrick, Curtis in finances, Kelly, and everyone at Mountain State was wonderful as they helped us adjust to all the new technology. And, yes, the Highlanders are certainly amazing vehicles too!!! Our sales rep, Youssef Malki, explained the workings of the car and the practical functioning of the car in a very straightforward way and we went on a test drive. He was very patient, was quite familiar with his subject, and was good at explaining things. He discussed all the stuff on the dashboard, how the seats fold down, the controls, the dashboard, and so forth. Just to give you an idea of where we were coming from, this was our first hybrid, our first car in over a decade, and in fact our first car ever that has power steering and windows! (Our previous car was 18 years old.) He also explained the financial stuff well; there was a substantial rebate available for the car if we paid cash, so we got a loan through our bank (which we intend to pay back in a few months). He didn't give us any stress or high-pressure stuff, it was just "here's the car and this is how it works and this is how you pay for it." More
