Low Pressure. Best Pricing, Best Service. Period. Mountain States has managed to strike the perfect balance between volume dealership with personal and high-touch customer service. On the volume side Mountain States has managed to strike the perfect balance between volume dealership with personal and high-touch customer service. On the volume side, Mountain States is able to offer crazy prices, and in my case more than $2k less than the competitor's Best and Final price. And despite the number of cars they sell, they manage to make you feel like you're their only customer. In my case I ordered car direct from the factory and throughout the process I was kept in the loop and when it came time to take delivery I received some classic high-touch service, including proactive calls to confirm meeting time, follow up email to ensure satisfaction and a follow up phone call. From the beginning of the process through to the end and beyond, Randy was phenomenal! If I could sum up my experience I would say it was zero sales pressure, excellent information, amazing service and by far the best price. I highly recommend Randy and the Mountain States team!! More

Cheapest online quote and excellent after-sales service This is my first new car purchase, and I am very happy with the whole buying experience and my new 2015 Limited AWD Sienna in Pearl white. I received the online quote from Christopher in one hour. He gave me the lowest quote among other dealers in Colorado. He even made a special order for me at the same price because I wanted the chestnut leather seats. Patrick helped us to bargain for the extra options and got us the Toyota loyalty incentive. We were so happy to pick up our new van, and we thought this is the end of the dealer trip. Unfortunately, just 2 weeks later, my new van 2nd row sunroof leaked and left a big water stain on the top of the roof. I was in panic and emailed Patrick and Christopher immediately. They replied to me right away and took my van in for a checkup right away. For some reason, they didn't find any leaking problem of the sunroof during the checkup but they believed resetting the system should help to avoid leaking in the future. We went back to pick up our van, but then I found 2 scratches on my new van I was heartbroken again. I went back to Patrick and Patrick immediately called his manager out to help us. It was Saturday afternoon. Patrick and his manager asked me to relax and enjoy my weekend, and they will take care of the problem. On Monday morning, Patrick sent me an email and told me to bring my van back to the dealer. Yes, they fixed the 2 scratches and even shampooed the big water stain on the roof for us. I am so relieved. Thank you Patrick! I am so happy to have bushiness with you and your teammates. We will definitely come back for some more Toyotas with you guys!! More
