Great Expierince. We won't go anywhere else! My husband and I were amazed at how we were treated by everyone here. We has found the vehicle that we wanted, a 2012 Honda Odyssey, on line. We had taken it for a quick test drive the night before and decided to go home and think about it before we made a decision. Our sales person that evening was great! He treated us and our three kiddos we had with us with respect and kindness. We had another similar vehicle that we were also considering at another dealership as well. Needless to say the other dealership NOT DID win out business. We came in the next evening just 30 minutes before closing to talk about numbers not really thinking that we were going to be able to make it work because of the negative equity that we carried with out trade in. Not only did they make it work for us but got us a lower interest rate and the coverage we need and an extended warranty for piece of and for about what we were paying before. Since our sales person fro the night before had gone home for the day earlier so deal was given to Juan. He was also great and very respectful of what we were looking for and what were we going to be able to make work. There was no pressure at all! Dustin the finance manger was also amazing! He made us feel comfortable with our purchase and explained everything well. This is the first time that I have walker out of a dealership completely satisfied and not feeling like we just got taken advantage of. We are from Northern Colorado so it was a bit of a drive but it was totally worth it. We had only done business with a local dealership for the 15 years prior to this but Mountain States now had a customer for life. I would recommend these guys to everyone. Thanks again! More

I would always come back to Mountain States Toyota I drove across town to have my first purchase serviced. While I was there I had an interest in upgrading but I just wanted to have numbers crunched. My first experience was memorable that I was able to remember my sales person Bob Ellis. In fact I waited until he came into work so that I could meet with him. Again he went above and beyond to meet my needs and helped me with my requests. My intention wasn't to purchase anything but we were able to work to meet my needs and now I am proud owner of Toyota Tundra. Not only was I very pleased, but when I got home my best half was very pleased as well. I would and did recommend Mountain States Toyota and also recommended Bob Ellis as well. We test drove one RAV4 Limited and then David showed us another and that was the show stopper for us!!! David made the experience so stress free, and easy. A couple of day's later David called me to see if I had any questions or concerns. I had nothing but complete joy in our purchase. When it was time to drive away David slowed me down of just wanting to drive away. He made sure my phone, seat and the tech package was set up to what I needed and wanted. I love my Toyota RAV4 Limited with off the chart JBL sound system. When they advertise "True Price" it is the true price. David Cadena is a true Consultant of Toyota products! Excellent Customer Service Our experience here was great. I had an idea of what I wanted so right when I got there I just wanted to check out the prices and get an idea for what Our experience here was great. Right away, I saw that these were some of the cheapest prices I had been finding. Next, the customer service was great. I was straight up with them the first time I went in not wanting to buy anything that night and they didn't try to sell me ANYTHING. I didn't have the pressure of them pushing me to jump right into a car. They took their time and showed me around. I was also impressed with the wealth of knowledge they had on their vehicles. I could ask any question and they had the answer plus more! Even when I wasn't asking questions, they were supplying me a plethora of information. It was all very helpful and a great experience!
