Right away, I saw that these were some of the cheapest prices I had been finding. Next, the customer service was great. I was straight up with them the first time I went in not wanting to buy anything that night and they didn't try to sell me ANYTHING. I didn't have the pressure of them pushing me to jump right into a car. They took their time and showed me around. I was also impressed with the wealth of knowledge they had on their vehicles. I could ask any question and they had the answer plus more! Even when I wasn't asking questions, they were supplying me a plethora of information. It was all very helpful and a great experience! Having lived in Durango for 36 years we always try to buy everything local and support our wonderful community. But, this time we felt like greed took over on the part of the local dealership. In a nutshell, the exact same vehicle cost $3000 less at Mountain State Toyota and the trade-value offered in Durango for our used car was $6000 less than retail blue book.
