They have such an impeccable service department and from the moment that you pull your vehicle into the service garage, you are greeted and taken care of until the moment you leave. Every time I have brought my car in for service, I have received consistent and impeccable service. The sales and service staff are the reason why we will not go anywhere else. We have referred a few people to Mountain States in the past few years. Two family members are now the proud owners of the Rav4, and another friend of ours also drives out of his way to have his 2008 4Runner serviced by Mountain States. Stop looking and head to Mountain States. The sales people are all about finding what you want and what works for you but with out pressuring you into a decision. Having lived in Durango for 36 years we always try to buy everything local and support our wonderful community. But, this time we felt like greed took over on the part of the local dealership. In a nutshell, the exact same vehicle cost $3000 less at Mountain State Toyota and the trade-value offered in Durango for our used car was $6000 less than retail blue book.
