Lindsey Loomis, an E-sales Consultant contacted us very quickly with several cars. One was exactly what we were looking for and the others were similar. We were introduced to Jack when we arrived at the dealer. Pricing was very good, so we did little negotiating except for a couple accessories. Jack was a pleasure to deal with. The financing, parts, and accessories departments have also been very friendly and pleasurable to interact with on the limited basis that we have so far. The entire process was great, and we left as very happy customers. More

My correspondence online was quick and they were fast to get back to me and set up a test drive. Jim met me at my scheduled appointment and went over all the features of the truck. I was met with low pressure to buy and move at my own pace. I felt like I got both a good deal on my trade and a good price on the truck. Once the paperwork was finished we Jim moved us over to Dustin in finance which was quick and painless and overall the entire ordeal took less than 3 hours, which I think is a record for a car dealership.
