When I come in I always ask for Romney Ames because he is one of the most honest, straightforward advisors that I have ever worked with. Initially I had some difficult issues that he went well beyond hs normal duties to resolve. Since that time I have dealt exclusively with Romney to the point of coming to Mountain States from Ft. Collins for service, for many years, even simple things such as an oil change. Several times, I had somewone else look at my vehicles, and when they recommended repairs, I asked for a second opinion. Romney has literally saved my several thousand dollers over the years. Some level of advertising might make sense just to raise the awareness of the dealership and how highly regarded it is in the Toyota network ... and to compete with the Stevinson commercials, which is what lead me to Stevinson initially. Nick Wagner and Nick Kramer in sales were great to work with when I bought my 2015 Highlander; answered all my questions, did not pressure me at all, were very pleasant. Ryan Revis was great in finalizing the deal and explaining the various options that were available, supporting their value with 3rd party info, not pressure; also very personable. When I took the vehicle back in to get the options installed, Eric Bennett and Robert Flagolle were likewise friendly, timely and answered all my questions. Definitely a top notch dealership and one that I will gladly recommend. More
