When I come in I always ask for Romney Ames because he is one of the most honest, straightforward advisors that I have ever worked with. Initially I had some difficult issues that he went well beyond hs normal duties to resolve. Since that time I have dealt exclusively with Romney to the point of coming to Mountain States from Ft. Collins for service, for many years, even simple things such as an oil change. Several times, I had somewone else look at my vehicles, and when they recommended repairs, I asked for a second opinion. Romney has literally saved my several thousand dollers over the years.
