Great Experience When I finally made up my mind to buy a new car I was expecting to get wrung thru the ringer. Not so with Mountain States. I actually had fun. Bo Bliss did an outstanding job at getting me the car I wanted (well the one my girlfriend wanted, I'm still driving my 2001 tacoma) and at a price that crushed anything online. If your looking for a Toyota I would definitely give Mountain States a try. More

We just helped our son find his first Toyota that we know will be just the beginning of many more to come in his lifetime. Our first Toyota was a 1960 Canary yellow Corona that we purchased of a Sailor while we were stationed at Mayport, FL. We now drive a 2013 RAV 4 and Camry XLE and can honestly say that Jimmy Gallegos at Mountain States has gone above and beyond to make our buying experiences hassle free. Chris in finance has been very easy to understand our financing options and Fernando in service has also been the best when it comes to the service after the sale. We will always recommend this dealer to our friends and family because of the outstanding customer service we received and the staff they continue to employ. Simply the "best" buying experience we have ever had. More

Great Car Buying Experience Best car buying experience I have ever had. Andy was great, very fast and efficient. We drove in from Elizabeth and were under time constraints due to funeral we had to attend and Andy took care of everything in a timely manner, competed the sales and got us on our way. The kids enjoyed the popcorn and balloons, which kept them busy while we took care of the paperwork. Thank you to Andy, Ryan and Chris for a very quick and enjoyable experience. Tim More

Awesome Experience, smooth, easy, & so efficient! We are from South Dakota, so our search for a Sequoia started on the internet, we seen few and dealt with over 4 dealerships, before our experience wi We are from South Dakota, so our search for a Sequoia started on the internet, we seen few and dealt with over 4 dealerships, before our experience with Mountain States. When we found the Sequoia we wanted I called and the deal was started immediately-Lance took charge and got all of the numbers rolling for our trade and I must say he was quick to respond to all inquiries. Then once we settled on a good trade number-all of which was over the phone-then we were transferred to Lana Belcher for further assistance. Lana was completely awesome, she went above and beyond to answer all of our questions, sent pictures of the Sequoia even though it had not even left the shop yet, and thankfully she was very patient :) After all details were confirmed, we placed the deposit on the Sequoia and off to Colorado we went. We arrived at the dealership at 6:30pm, Lana met us with a friendly smile and handshake along with a hot cup of coffee, and had us back on the road by 8pm! Completely awesome experience, even though we were hesitant about the "online deal" we cannot thank Lance, Lana, and Francois Felloussi more for a great buying experience! Just want to add that Lana and Francois worked very hard to get us the best interest rate to save us money and to make the deal work...thank you both!! Lovin the Sequoia! Russ & Lisa More

I Purchase Many Vehicles and ONLY from Mountain States! Nick Kramer treated me like I was his only customer. He responded to my every phone call immediately if he was not able to answer when I called, which Nick Kramer treated me like I was his only customer. He responded to my every phone call immediately if he was not able to answer when I called, which was rare. Every question I had he patiently worked through the answer, he took about an hour answering all my questions about the vehicle and walking me through it making certain I understood, he followed up with phone calls and asked if I had any further questions, he accommodated my extra requests, he worked hard to find the exact vehicle I wanted which was not in his inventory. AND, no pressure. Nick wanted to be sure I was purchasing what I wanted, not what he wanted me to buy. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Nick. He is not a car salesman, he is a customer representative and resource. Over the past decade and a half I have purchased 7 vehicles for my business and three for personal use. Having dealt with other dealerships I can assure you Mountain States will give you the best deal right away without the haggling and hassle. They don't play games. Though I pass multiple other Toyota Dealerships to buy from Mountain States (they are 65 miles from my location) it is well worth the drive to work with Mountain States Toyota. More

FRS purchase I first came in to services my 2008 Scion TC after having multiple problems with it. Scott took his time to help me set up an appointment and explained everything to me on what I would have to do. I brought it in a had it looked at and it ended up needing a new engine. Since it was very expensive, especially since I didn't have that kind of money Scott gave me options on what I could do and introduced me to Kelly. Kelly was very helpful and gave me a list of choices that I could do. He went up and beyond helping me understand my situation and my options. When we finally came to a conclusion he showed me the cars that were available. I immediately fell in love with the car and since my best option was trading in and getting the car, he helped my with everything I needed. It was a great customer service experience especially since I didn't feel rushed through any of it. Curtis was also very nice and helpful when it came to explaining everything. It was an amazing experience since it was a first time buying a new car! Thank you for being a great company and having great customer service.
