Outstanding Car-Buying Experience My wife and I have spent the past month running around Colorado trying to find a deal that we were satisfied with. When we arrived at Mountain States Toyota, we were absolutely blown away. Doan Vu, the salesman that assisted us, was very knowledgeable about his craft, extremely friendly and was very accommodating towards what we wanted in a vehicle. He did everything he could to make sure that we were happy with both the vehicle we chose as well as its price. Car shopping with my wife is often difficult and a little frustrating, but Doan Vu made it a very enjoyable experience. Mountain States Toyota, especially Doan Vu, will not disappoint you. More

On February 7th, 2015 I purchased a New Toyota Tundra. Jack I highly recommend Jack DeWitt and Mountain States Toyota to purchase a new vehicle from. On February 7th, 2015 I purchased a New Toyota Tundra. Jack DeWitt at Mountain states was polite, friendly, and helpful. I did not plan to buy a vehicle that day, but because of the low pressure sales, easy financing, huge selection of vehicles, and competitive prices I made a decision to buy that day. Jack made sure we had as many water bottles and popcorn as we needed, and it helped keep the kids feeling comfortable as well as my wife and I. As busy as the dealership was that day, I was surprised how efficient the process flowed. When there were wait times, we were always checked on, and given and idea of how long the wait would be. Great buying experience I couldn't find anyone that could compete with their price. Came in and they had the nicest last making fresh pancakes. One of the managers who wasn't I couldn't find anyone that could compete with their price. Came in and they had the nicest last making fresh pancakes. One of the managers who wasn't even working my deal provided my daughter with a color pad and crayons. My truck and paperwork was ready and I was in and out within an hour on an already very busy Saturday morning. Mountains states have outperformed any other dealership I have been to by leaps and bounds and I will absolutely be a lifetime customer. More

Please read I normally severely dislike dealerships... Seriously, I avoid dealerships if at all possible. Well, this purchase was for my company, and I didn't I normally severely dislike dealerships... Seriously, I avoid dealerships if at all possible. Well, this purchase was for my company, and I didn't have a choice. And I must say.. this was the first time (out of many) that I had a very positive experience. I dealt with Jimmy B. and the guy literally went above and beyond what a sales rep is required to do. I'm not going to get into the details here, but just know, I would deal with him again. I can only hope the others at this location handle themselves the same way.. and I have no idea.. but I can highly recommend Jimmy. For all the bad experiences, and piss poor dealerships out there I've seen, at least every know and then you run into one that is decent. Thanks again Jimmy, -Todd More
