Doan Vu, the salesman that assisted us, was very knowledgeable about his craft, extremely friendly and was very accommodating towards what we wanted in a vehicle. He did everything he could to make sure that we were happy with both the vehicle we chose as well as its price. I did not plan to buy a vehicle that day, but because of the low pressure sales, easy financing, huge selection of vehicles, and competitive prices I made a decision to buy that day. Jack made sure we had as many water bottles and popcorn as we needed, and it helped keep the kids feeling comfortable as well as my wife and I. As busy as the dealership was that day, I was surprised how efficient the process flowed. When there were wait times, we were always checked on, and given and idea of how long the wait would be.
