Well, this purchase was for my company, and I didn't have a choice. And I must say.. this was the first time (out of many) that I had a very positive experience. I dealt with Jimmy B. and the guy literally went above and beyond what a sales rep is required to do. I'm not going to get into the details here, but just know, I would deal with him again. I can only hope the others at this location handle themselves the same way.. and I have no idea.. but I can highly recommend Jimmy. I have found Corrie Flagpole to be friendly, efficient and h I have two Toyota vehicles, so I am interested in getting good work done at the most reasonable price. I have worked with several service representatives and have found Corrie to be the most friendly, efficient and most willing to work with me on finding the best prices. She shows me all the options available, points out any trouble areas but does not try to push me to take the most expensive expensive option and tries to work with me to get the best price to fix the problems that exist. This to me is the best customer service; when an employee will work hard to meet the customer's needs. I think Corrie does an excellent job of this kind of customer service and that is why I will continue to keep her as my Service Rep. More
