The complete experience I brought my 2009 Toyota Corolla in to the service department for recall issues. While it was in service I looked in to purchasing a new 2015 Toyota Corolla. I talked to Jason Crouse. He was very professional and knowledgeable and made my purchase easy without the pressure I've experienced at other dealerships. They also gave me a fair trade in on my 2009 Corolla. The whole process went extremely well. I went to Mountain States after looking at a couple other dealers, Lane met me as I walked in and was very pleasant. Took the Tacoma that I wanted to see for a test ride, and was pretty much sold. Looked at the 4Ruuner as well, which would have been my third one, but chose the Tacoma. The whole process once agreed upon went smoothly, and was fairly quick out the door. Lane was very knowledgeable on the vehicles, and would highly recommend him. And Curtis in financing was informative on the financing side. I'm a repeat buyer from Mtn States, and probably will be again. More

He is very friendly and helpful and will make sure you get the best deal possible. Dustin Johnston is also very friendly and will help you to get the best possible financing and coverage on your car. The facility is very clean and open and provides a very comfortable experience. They provide each visitor with various coffees and donuts as well as other food extras (omelets, waffles, etc.) on certain days to be able to create an almost at home feel to the visit. They also have the best prices around town for the vehicles provided. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. The vehicle was clean and ready to be driven when I arrived and John covered all extras before I drove off the lot. More

We were promptly greeted and immediately led to a vehicle to test drive, Derek was thorough and asked us a variety of questions to insure that the 4Runner was the best vehicle for our needs/interests. We decided to trade in a vehicle during the buying process. The entire experience was relaxed, welcoming and comfortable. We appreciated that our time was valued and there wasn't a lot of down time or waiting around. Plus, they have great popcorn (constantly fresh) and a beverage area that helped to keep us comfortable. We highly recommend MSToyota and will head there first for our next car buying / test driving experience. More
