Fantastic Experience We recently visited MSToyota to test drive 4Runners. We were promptly greeted and immediately led to a vehicle to test drive, Derek was thorough and asked us a variety of questions to insure that the 4Runner was the best vehicle for our needs/interests. We decided to trade in a vehicle during the buying process. The entire experience was relaxed, welcoming and comfortable. We appreciated that our time was valued and there wasn't a lot of down time or waiting around. Plus, they have great popcorn (constantly fresh) and a beverage area that helped to keep us comfortable. We highly recommend MSToyota and will head there first for our next car buying / test driving experience. More

No High Pressure Sales, Least Expensive, and Genuine. I must give them 5 Stars because I first stared at Groove Toyota, and they gave me a rock bottom price after much Sales pressure from the Salesman at I must give them 5 Stars because I first stared at Groove Toyota, and they gave me a rock bottom price after much Sales pressure from the Salesman at Groove Toyota. I then went to Stevinson Toyota West and spoke directly with the GM of the store and he gave his best which was only $180 below Groove Toyota. I then faxed to Sean Kramer the New Car Sales both offers from Groove Toyota and Stevinson Toyota West and I told him right off the bat I do not want any High Sales Pressure and I wanted his rock bottom price. At Groove Toyota the Salesman I dealt with told me word for word, "If you are not planning on buying in the next two weeks my incentive will not be the same." I also knew that Toyota has 0% financing good through January 5th 2015. I did not take that high pressure sales from Groove Toyota well, I being a 100% DAV Service Connected. So finally after giving Mountain States Toyota the guaranteed price from both Groove Toyota and Stevinson Toyota West both were good through January 5th 2015 with 0% APR through Toyota; Sean from Mountain States Toyota gave me the best deal of all the Toyota Dealers I dealt with. So Mountain States Toyota beat the best offer by well over $1,000.00 on the vehicle more like $1,500.00 (I am adding this on because I just seen the Sticker for the Window this $1,500.00 savings was $3,106.23 less than Total MSRP). This odd number was from Financing computer at then 0% Interest the computer dropped odd change to make it an even amount due every month for 60 months. In addition to my savings the 2015 Prius Two which I bought also had $259.00 of extras that is on my new Prius that were not on the other two dealerships cars they had as well as them giving me $2,000 Trade in on my 2004 Ford Focus. The best trade prior to Mountain States was $1,800 from Stevinson Toyota West and $1,500 from Groove Toyota. I had detailed MPG and maintenance records on my vehicle along with two remotes and two chipped keys. So I took excellent care of my car and I know it was worth more than what the other dealers offered me. I loved the fact that I received not only what the other dealers offered me plus three additional options that the other two dealerships did not have on their cars but their price was over $1,000.00 more like $1,500 less than the other two dealerships and a higher Trade-In Value for my Ford Focus 2004. After setting up an appointment at Mountain States, I spoke with Matthew Puckett the Salesman at Mountain States Toyota and he understood my being a DAV any high pressure sales will not work with me, I will just shut down. Matthew Puckett and I met 3 different times and every time he never said this offer was only good for the next two week. He reminded me that his job was to make me happy with whatever my decision was. I tried out some 2014's but after seeing my Massage Table did not fit in them I choose for a 2015 Two Prius. I believer Matthew's attitude of being helpful is genuine and not another sales pitch to sell. I made my decision after only my second time meeting with him and he took me on a drive allowing me to test drive the Prius, and he told me about all the positive featured in the Prius I first talked with him a week earlier. I know that Matthew Puckett's sincerity is genuine and it is not just a façade to trick someone into buying a vehicle. He and I talked for hours about many things and I was able to see his sincere and genuine caring for clients. I am not talking just about me, I seen him talking with other clients and he is genuine and very knowledgeable about the Prius. I felt so comfortable with him I knew it was both genuine and sincerely his nature. I can not talk higher about him and if you're in the market for a Toyota, I would recommend Mountain States Toyota over Stevinson Toyota West and over Groove Toyota. I feel that Mountain States Toyota does care about the customer and not just till the sales is done, but even after the sale. I commend Mountain States Toyota, not only because they where the least expensive but mainly because they do not use High Pressure Sales. I felt that they did want the best for me and also I had seen that same sincerity with another client also. 5 Stars is the best but I assure you I genuinely feel that they cared, not about another sale, but about me as a person. Amazing People, Outstanding Service When we had to replace my husband's car, we were a bit hesitant to go to a dealership, not wanting to be "hounded" into buying a car. We decided to go to Mountain States Toyota, having found the car we thought we wanted on their website. We had the good fortune to meet Matthew Puckett, who worked with us. Matthew really listened to us, and found us a gem of a used car (a Honda). We did not feel pressured or "hounded" what so ever; definitely changed our minds about car salesmen. There was a recall on our car the previous owner had not had done and Jon Butcher made sure it was taken car of. We were able to finance our car with the help of Dustin Johnston, who made the process painless. Thanks to these gentlemen. We had a great experience and found an amazing car at a great price. If we ever need another car, Mountain States Toyota will be the first place we go! More
