Best dealership and sales staff I have ever worked with! I have bought more than a few vehicles in my lifetime and am a big Internet shopper. When looking for a new 4 Runner I emailed 6 dealers in Denver and I have bought more than a few vehicles in my lifetime and am a big Internet shopper. When looking for a new 4 Runner I emailed 6 dealers in Denver and Colorado Springs. I initially worked with Lance Chilcote by email and told him what I was looking for. He was straight forward and provided input and pricing quickly. This dealership had 30 4 Runners when other dealerships I was working with had 3-5 in stock. To say the least I had quite the selection! Here is the clincher for me, this dealership is a high volume business, they give you an excellent price beating the other dealers by a lot in price and selection. They were over an hour drive for me but being right on I25 in Denver it was an easy trip. Once I decided on my vehicle I drove up to the dealership and was met by Steve Van Bemmel. Steve was easy to work with also and shared a wealth of knowledge regarding the 4 Runner. Since the price was already worked out between Lance and I, Steve provided the finishing touches to the car buying process. We went for a test drive and when I returned to complete the purchase a few days later Steve had the runner detailed with a full tank of gas, ready to go. Overall it took about a extra hour to work through the finance process with Chris Knippelberg and we were ready to go. Steve and I then did a detailed walk around the runner making sure everything was as it should be and we shook hands and off I drove. Overall it was easily the best car buying experience I have ever had. Today I received a box in the mail from Steve and the dealership full of fun stuff to eat and a very nice card from Steve. What a way to say thank you! If you are looking for a great place to shop for your next vehicle give Mountain States Toyota an opportunity to impress you. I know they sure impressed me and my family. Best car buying experience I have ever had. My wife had turned in her leased car (not a Toyota) and was in need of another vehicle. However, after she completed leasing a new Corolla, I decided to take a look at the new Camry's. And yes, I drove away with a new Camry XLS!! A lot of the credit goes to Fred Byers. He makes the car buying experience actually relaxing where at most dealerships, it seems almost adversarial. I have heard from Fred several times since picking up the new Camry (11/26/14), which is the best service after the sale I have ever experienced. Why isn't there a "Fred" at every dealership. We are now Mountain States Toyota fans. Thanks Fred!!! It is also worth noting that Francios Felloussi in the Financing Department was easy to work with. He was through and very complete in his explanations of all the various documents and offers. I came in to explore lease-end options for my 2010 4Runner Limited. Billy Plasket was very friendly and attentive and understood exactly what I needed. He showed me new cars that would work for my situation, as well as offering options for buying out my current lease and car. I ended up leasing a new 2015 4 Runner SR5 Premium which suits me perfectly. Francois took care of the financing for me. He was also very friendly and made sure I understood all the details of the paperwork. Overall, my experience was extremely pleasant and I feel like I got a good deal on the right car. More
