No Games! Was dealing with a broker at the time and I had my daughter run down to Mountain States and ask for a quick price quote on a 2015 4 runner limited and Was dealing with a broker at the time and I had my daughter run down to Mountain States and ask for a quick price quote on a 2015 4 runner limited and trade in value on my 2012 Venza. I had done a lot of research on prices before I even went shopping. The broker I was going through (who was not associated with Mountain States), in which I had a 20 year working relationship with in the past buying cars from, had showed me his real side when it came to pricing for me. I asked my daughter to run down to Mountain States for a quick quote before I made the deal. She didn't even have to get out of the car and go inside! (As they were aware of her 4 small children in car seats).She asked them for their best price because I was about to sign papers somewhere else. In which they gave her an extremely fair price the first time and handed her the quote papers to show me! Other dealers will keep those papers and not give them to you even though its your information. Great service from the time she was on the lot to the time I left the lot with my new 4 runner!! I just bought a new SUV...and I am so happy! I did not plan to buy my new SUV at Mountain States. I only stopped there to check the details of the truck I wanted, as the other dealer did not have I did not plan to buy my new SUV at Mountain States. Mr. Patrick Ericsson (as well as Mr. Larry Hall ) worked with me on this deal. I was well treated and I got a way better deal than in ANY of the other dealerships I had gone before. In addition, no salesperson tried to put pressure on me to buy the truck!!!! I had to wait for my new vehicle for a few weeks ( it was in a ship when I bought it) and the salespeople were honest regarding the delivery date, etc. I could not be happier with the professionalism of the whole dealership. I have already recommended them to my friends and I would not hesitate sending anyone else there either! PS I love my new vehicle too... More

(BTW, I have zero connection to the automotive industry, had never met these guys before, and started shopping after one of their competitors was difficult to deal with.) I started with a web inquiry. Chris Freehart, one of their team of several web experts, responded in 4 minutes, then within an hour with a detailed price quote on the vehicle we wanted. He answered all my questions, assured me that there would be no up-sell, cross-sell, bait and switch -- confirming that this was indeed their true price. (It happened to be well below MSRP and SIGNIFICANTLY lower than their competing dealers I shopped.) I gave Chris a heads-up I was coming in, and he connected me with the best sales guy my wife and I have ever met, Patrick Ericsson. Tremendous! Patrick went way above and beyond the call of duty. He was professional, efficient, answered our questions, taught us A LOT that was important to know, helped with a test drive, and shepherded us through the whole buying/leasing process smoothly. When he said, "this next step will take 15 minutes," it indeed took 15 minutes. He really went out of his way to make this an exceptional experience. And we got a great deal on our RAV4, too. Far better than their competitors' pricing. Every part of the process went smoothly. Paula in finance was great. Jasmine in the delivery area showed us how to work all the electronics.
