I just bought a new SUV...and I am so happy! I did not plan to buy my new SUV at Mountain States. Mr. Patrick Ericsson (as well as Mr. Larry Hall ) worked with me on this deal. I was well treated and I got a way better deal than in ANY of the other dealerships I had gone before. In addition, no salesperson tried to put pressure on me to buy the truck!!!! I had to wait for my new vehicle for a few weeks ( it was in a ship when I bought it) and the salespeople were honest regarding the delivery date, etc. I could not be happier with the professionalism of the whole dealership. I have already recommended them to my friends and I would not hesitate sending anyone else there either! PS I love my new vehicle too... More

(BTW, I have zero connection to the automotive industry, had never met these guys before, and started shopping after one of their competitors was difficult to deal with.) I started with a web inquiry. Chris Freehart, one of their team of several web experts, responded in 4 minutes, then within an hour with a detailed price quote on the vehicle we wanted. He answered all my questions, assured me that there would be no up-sell, cross-sell, bait and switch -- confirming that this was indeed their true price. (It happened to be well below MSRP and SIGNIFICANTLY lower than their competing dealers I shopped.) I gave Chris a heads-up I was coming in, and he connected me with the best sales guy my wife and I have ever met, Patrick Ericsson. Tremendous! Patrick went way above and beyond the call of duty. He was professional, efficient, answered our questions, taught us A LOT that was important to know, helped with a test drive, and shepherded us through the whole buying/leasing process smoothly. When he said, "this next step will take 15 minutes," it indeed took 15 minutes. He really went out of his way to make this an exceptional experience. And we got a great deal on our RAV4, too. Far better than their competitors' pricing. Every part of the process went smoothly. Paula in finance was great. Jasmine in the delivery area showed us how to work all the electronics. Great Customer Service I bought a used 2007 Volvo Stationwagon. The asking price was below Kelly Blue Book. Sales and Finance were great. They got me a better rate than my own bank had preapproved me for. I had some warning lights go on after just two days. I brought the car back in and they did a diagnostics check and discovered it was just a faulty sensor. I bought this car "As Is" with no extended warranty purchased. They took care of all the repairs for free anyway and made sure I was completely satisfied with my car. I would definitely buy another car from them. I highly receommend them. They take care of their customers and stand behind their cars. New or Used. More

Great service after the sale In today's fast paced world, service after the sale is all but forgotten. But, not with Fred Byers! He recently sold both my wife and I new Toyotas, In today's fast paced world, service after the sale is all but forgotten. But, not with Fred Byers! He recently sold both my wife and I new Toyotas, a Corolla and a Camry. When I got home with my new Camry, I realized I had not taken everything out of my trade in. A quick call to Fred and he took care of returning the items. A second time, I brought the Camry in for window tinting and clear mask and when I returned, promptly left my briefcase with computer (my life) in the rental car. Service had closed, Enterprise was closed, but a call to Fred saved the day. He went over to the Enterprise office, was able to get the briefcase and I picked it up shortly thereafter. Please give our sincere THANKS to Fred for outstanding service after the sale. I hope I can find others to recommend to RMST and Fred Byers. More
