Best dealership and sales staff I have ever worked with! I have bought more than a few vehicles in my lifetime and am a big Internet shopper. When looking for a new 4 Runner I emailed 6 dealers in Denver and I have bought more than a few vehicles in my lifetime and am a big Internet shopper. When looking for a new 4 Runner I emailed 6 dealers in Denver and Colorado Springs. I initially worked with Lance Chilcote by email and told him what I was looking for. He was straight forward and provided input and pricing quickly. This dealership had 30 4 Runners when other dealerships I was working with had 3-5 in stock. To say the least I had quite the selection! Here is the clincher for me, this dealership is a high volume business, they give you an excellent price beating the other dealers by a lot in price and selection. They were over an hour drive for me but being right on I25 in Denver it was an easy trip. Once I decided on my vehicle I drove up to the dealership and was met by Steve Van Bemmel. Steve was easy to work with also and shared a wealth of knowledge regarding the 4 Runner. Since the price was already worked out between Lance and I, Steve provided the finishing touches to the car buying process. We went for a test drive and when I returned to complete the purchase a few days later Steve had the runner detailed with a full tank of gas, ready to go. Overall it took about a extra hour to work through the finance process with Chris Knippelberg and we were ready to go. Steve and I then did a detailed walk around the runner making sure everything was as it should be and we shook hands and off I drove. Overall it was easily the best car buying experience I have ever had. Today I received a box in the mail from Steve and the dealership full of fun stuff to eat and a very nice card from Steve. What a way to say thank you! If you are looking for a great place to shop for your next vehicle give Mountain States Toyota an opportunity to impress you. I know they sure impressed me and my family.
