This was my first car buying experience and Billy as well as the entire staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. After test driving some of the Ravs and finding the one that was perfect for me, we were able to come to an agreement on pricing. He was not pushy on the sale whatsoever and the entire process after was very smooth. Halfway home with my new car, my tire shredded due to a nail and Billy drove down and changed my tire for me. Despite the tire situation, this was overall a great experience. I definitely recommend Mountain States to anyone looking to buy a new car! More

My wife & I were looking for a Toyota Tacoma & we went to Mountain States first after looking online. Our salesman Fred Byers had the exact truck that we were looking for & did a wonderful job showing us the vehicle & explaining all of it's features. After the test drive we decided to purchase the truck. With Fred Byers our salesman & Robert Grzeca the sales manager we were able to make a deal to buy the truck. Everything went very smooth through the entire process and there was no pressure from anyone. I've had the truck into the service department for some things that were added during the purchase to be put on the truck & found the service department to be just as friendly & helpful.
