Top notch again. I recently purchased a new Tacoma, our salesman Stephen did an excellent job from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all my questions. I was never pressured to buy, and he met my timeline and requests eagerly. The price was fair and straight forward. They even performed a dealer trade to get me the exact truck i wanted in less than 24 hours. I would recommend Stephen and the entire team from Mountain states Toyota to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle, they were all professional and top notch. Great Dealership I would like to recommend anyone that's looking to buy a Toyota to go and visit Mountain States Toyota first. My wife & I were looking for a Toyota Ta I would like to recommend anyone that's looking to buy a Toyota to go and visit Mountain States Toyota first. My wife & I were looking for a Toyota Tacoma & we went to Mountain States first after looking online. Our salesman Fred Byers had the exact truck that we were looking for & did a wonderful job showing us the vehicle & explaining all of it's features. After the test drive we decided to purchase the truck. With Fred Byers our salesman & Robert Grzeca the sales manager we were able to make a deal to buy the truck. Everything went very smooth through the entire process and there was no pressure from anyone. I've had the truck into the service department for some things that were added during the purchase to be put on the truck & found the service department to be just as friendly & helpful. Please consider going there if you're in the market for a Toyota. More

Disgrace to Toyota My Tundra was brought in for warranty service by my partner, the service rep was advisdd to call me before any work was done. I had to call twice and My Tundra was brought in for warranty service by my partner, the service rep was advisdd to call me before any work was done. I had to call twice and spoke with my advisor finally, he advised the CV boots wouldn't be covered since my truck is lifted. He also identified an oil leak and a coolant leak, among other 60K services that should be performed. They went ahead and did an oil change, battery service,and a cabin filter service even after I said to not do it. I had a standing appointment for my 60K with a reputable Toyota trained technician. The kicker is that they were attempting to commit Insurance fraud by charging me for the oil change while knowing that an oil change would be performed (and paod for) under the platinum extended warranty for the oil leak and possibly the coolant leak (which was later identified as a faulty heat exchanger). I agreed to pay for some of the cost, but the service department manager refused to budge. I have notified the insurance company of the dealerships shady service department practices and advised an audit is in order. Our ranch vehicles, my personal vehicles and my family's vehicles will never be serviced here. I also won't be buying the 3 Toyotas I'm in the market for from them either. Steer clear of this dealership! If you do business with their service department, scrutinize your bill. More
