I didn't even get a thank you card from the Lexus dealership when we bought a car for triple the price! We did run into a slight problem during the financing while attempting to determine taxes, but the General Manager, Tim VanBinsburgen, and the sales manager, Jason Barnes, immediately jumped in and took personal charge of the situation and ensured everything went smoothly. At every moment of the process, I felt as though I was the most important customer in the dealership, even though the place appeared to be busting at the seams with people buying cars! Clearly, the experience I had was not unique. I couldn't be happy with our new Taco! More

He didn't pressure us or make us feel followed around or feed a load of bull crap to make a sale. He was extremely knowledgable, friendly and didn't push us with any car salesman's tactics. I would recommend him to anyone buying or thinking of buying from Mountain States Toyota. Furthermore, the entire experience including the showroom set up and all its extra comforts from popcorn to full comfort areas with tv, deals and upfront honesty about their cars, going as far as they will disclose what they paid for a car was superb!!! I am positive we got a amazing car at an amazing deal. Last thing, we received a care package today filled with yummy goddies and a card from our salesman. All I could think was, "is this this twilight zone"? It is obvious that Mountain States Toyota is separating themselves from other dealerships by actually caring. Crazy! More

However, we have found that in recent years, the employees....all employees, from guys towing big loads to salesmen putting on the miles, all want to drive Toyota Tundras. Thus, we have bought a few of them... quite a few! Fred has made the process painless for me. I call him with what I am looking for and he does all the leg work. Usually within the same day, he has located the truck, the color and a price that is reasonable. We have bought used, had trade-ins, leased, financed. Whatever our need, we are taken care of very well! Because the process is almost seamless, I choose to work with Mountain States Toyota and will not even look anywhere else. More

Purchase of my first brand new car! I purchased a 2014.5 Toyota Camry from David Cadena. This car is amazing, I simply couldn't love it anymore and it is my first brand new vehicle.
