Nelson Im was our sales consultant and he took us right to the truck we were interested in. He was very professional and knew everything about the truck. He answered all our questions and really made the experience casual and relaxed. At Nelson's suggestion we checked with the Toyota financing option even thought we were pre-approved through out credit union and got a lower APR going through Toyota. Christopher Knippelberg was our finance manager and he was great! His personable style and comfortable demeanor really made the experience feel like we were being helped by a friend than a guy doing his job. Not only did we get a lower APR on our loan Christopher bundled several extras and ended up getting us a lower monthly payment.
