Nelson Im was our sales consultant and he took us right to the truck we were interested in. He was very professional and knew everything about the truck. He answered all our questions and really made the experience casual and relaxed. At Nelson's suggestion we checked with the Toyota financing option even thought we were pre-approved through out credit union and got a lower APR going through Toyota. Christopher Knippelberg was our finance manager and he was great! His personable style and comfortable demeanor really made the experience feel like we were being helped by a friend than a guy doing his job. Not only did we get a lower APR on our loan Christopher bundled several extras and ended up getting us a lower monthly payment. We will be buying our next new car for my wife from these guys without a doubt and I would highly recommend Mountain States Toyota and there professional staff to anyone. Joe and Lynn More

Watch out, he's a charmer. Honestly, he was pretty straight forward. I should have beat him up on the price more but I got a fair deal and I'm a very satisfied customer. He is friendly, honest and really just a nice person. I don't think you could deal with a better salesperson in any industry or when purchasing any product. Mountain States is unique to say the least. You get a great feeling just from being there no matter if you are there for a purchase or to get service. Their service by the way is wonderful. The service people get you in quickly and listen to your concerns should you have any. I have worked with Francios in finance with my last 3 vehicle purchases with no complaints. He is quick with the paperwork and makes sure you understand exactly what you are buying and how you are paying for it. Do yourself a favor and drop by Mountain States next time you are in the market for a quality car buying experience or if you just need some popcorn. More
