Watch out, he's a charmer. Honestly, he was pretty straight forward. I should have beat him up on the price more but I got a fair deal and I'm a very satisfied customer. Nelson is great at what he does and that's why he has an actual office unlike most of the other guys at Mountain States Toyota. I give him both thumbs up. He is friendly, honest and really just a nice person. I don't think you could deal with a better salesperson in any industry or when purchasing any product. Mountain States is unique to say the least. You get a great feeling just from being there no matter if you are there for a purchase or to get service. Their service by the way is wonderful. The service people get you in quickly and listen to your concerns should you have any. I have worked with Francios in finance with my last 3 vehicle purchases with no complaints. He is quick with the paperwork and makes sure you understand exactly what you are buying and how you are paying for it. Do yourself a favor and drop by Mountain States next time you are in the market for a quality car buying experience or if you just need some popcorn. More

After speaking to him about my interest in a RAV4, I knew I wanted to stop by and further discuss a possible purchase. I stopped by and had the pleasure of meeting Randy Hendricks. His knowledge, honesty, and customer service were just excellent. Such a pleasure to make a purchase with. Chris Knippelberg in Finance was excellent to finalize my deal with.
