Great Experience Had and absolutely great experience from my first contact with the dealership and throughout the entire purchasing process. My sales consultant, Nick Had and absolutely great experience from my first contact with the dealership and throughout the entire purchasing process. My sales consultant, Nick Kramer, was professional, knowledgeable and the only person who was able to find the vehicle I wanted. Not only did he find the vehicle, which happened to be at another dealership, but he personally picked the vehicle up and drove it to Mountain States Toyota. The overall experience with everyone I came in contact with at this dealership was very pleasant and stress free. I have already made my first service appointment at Mountain States Toyota and am looking forward to seeing Nick and the service team.....awesome customer service. More

Outstanding car buying experience. A month ago, Jim Gallegos sold us a 2014 Highlander. We were so impressed with the vehicle that we went back to see Jim about a 2015 Highlander. The deal Jim proposed was exactly what we were hoping for. Jim and Mountain States Toyota made this the best car buying experience of my life, and I have purchased a lot of vehicles over the years. Jim is very knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells. He is very trustworthy and reliable. He goes out of his way to help you. The 2014 and 2015 Highlanders are outstanding SUVs; extremely comfortable, a pleasure to drive, and, most importantly for me, have safety features that are truly amazing. We were greeted by Denis Dupuis, a sales rep who was extremely pleasant and k Harry Westfall This was our first time in to Mountain States Toyota. We were greeted by Denis Dupuis, a sales rep who was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable about their products. We were looking for a new Venza with all the features including their navigation system. They were eventually able to find exactly what we wanted in Grand Junction and had the car delivered the next day. Denis then spent all the time necessary to explain the car's features and answer our questions. We cannot praise too highly this dealership and the treatment we received from them. More
