Right from the start, my experience with Mountain States Toyota was just great. Chris Freehart in internet sales was just great to speak to. After speaking to him about my interest in a RAV4, I knew I wanted to stop by and further discuss a possible purchase. I stopped by and had the pleasure of meeting Randy Hendricks. His knowledge, honesty, and customer service were just excellent. Such a pleasure to make a purchase with. Chris Knippelberg in Finance was excellent to finalize my deal with. These three gentlemen were the reason I made my purchase at Mountain States Toyota. Of all the times I have been to a dealership, including the times I accompanied friends and family, this experience was by far the best. My sales consultant, Nick Kramer, was professional, knowledgeable and the only person who was able to find the vehicle I wanted. Not only did he find the vehicle, which happened to be at another dealership, but he personally picked the vehicle up and drove it to Mountain States Toyota. The overall experience with everyone I came in contact with at this dealership was very pleasant and stress free. The 2014 and 2015 Highlanders are outstanding SUVs; extremely comfortable, a pleasure to drive, and, most importantly for me, have safety features that are truly amazing.
