A Pleasant Surprise I emailed several area Toyota dealers with specs for the truck I wanted to buy. Mountain States responded with the best combination of price and availability (the truck was already on its way to M/S.) A few weeks later, I received a call telling me that the truck was in. Not bad. On the first day that I could get the truck, I would have needed to take the bus the 40+ miles to the dealer. When I explained the situation, I was offered a ride. Billy picked me up an hour later. Because I was not financing the truck, the paperwork took all of 15 minutes. The truck was cleaned and filled with gas. The price I was quoted weeks earlier, was the price I paid. No extra fees appeared. Billy Plasket at Mountain States treated me right, and no one at the dealer gave me any reason to regret spending my money there. More

He was friendly and respectful. He spent time showing me the features of my new car and helped me set up some of the apps on the navigation. I've even had to call him afterwards with a few questions about how some of the features work. Great experience and I would recommend anyone to both Mountain States Toyota and Fred Byers for a car!! Since it was my turn to buy a car, my dad was telling me about this great sales representative at Toyota. I did not have a clue who he was talking about but at the same time I cannot wait to meet him, Let me tell you, my dad was not lying when he said this guy was a great sales representative. Mr. Doan Vu went out of the way to get want we wanted. On the plus side, my dad is not great with the English language but Doan can really understand him which is great. He spends time showing us the features of the new car and how the entertainment features work. At the end of the day, I felt proud to be a new owner of the Toyota family because I know that I have someone like Doan, who I can rely on and my family can rely on. Doan, I can see why my family chooses to come see you each time we come to buy a car. No doubt you are by far the best sales representative they have ever had. After this great experience, I look forward to the next time when my family decides to buy another Toyota from you. He is upfront, is there to help you, and you don't need to worry about all the "craziness" associated with other car buying experiences. I walked-in knowing what I wanted, researched on the website beforehand, and went there just for that vehicle. He helped me right away with me locating the car, getting the full history, and was there to help. Didn't have to do the vulture two-step as soon as stepped on the lot. It was a even a surprise to receive not one, but two, follow-up phone calls just to see how the vehicle was, to ask and ensure we are happy and satisfied, and if we needed anything else. So GREAT customer service and something as simple as just following-up days after the deal was done. Most would be happy they made the sale and that is the last you hear from them; not Derek. Any more it's hard to get someone who is genuine and sincere, and makes you feel valued as a customer. Unfortunately, someone recently ran a red light and totaled the car so we returned to Mountain States and got another great deal last weekend. Not only do they really take care of you, the deals are so great you really don't need to haggle the prices at all. Bo Bliss was our sales person both times and we are now a very loyal customer of his! He is very experienced in car sales, doesn't apply an overabundance of pressure and always makes sure we are 100% comfortable with our purchase! More
