Surprisingly great Was warned by my car broker (had used him before to help me get a good deal on a new Sienna) that this (Mountain States) was a "sketchy" operation. I'm a single datapoint, but my experience there was great. Matt Lind (internet sales) willingly provided (emailed) me the spec sheet for the Tacoma I was interested in, and quoted me the price he'd sell it for. The dealership was a long drive for me, but I made the trip; walking out of the dealership 90 minutes later as owner of a new truck. They fully honored the deal offered, with nothing modified/added. Frank Raphael (sales) and Aubrey Giblin (final paperwork) handled the actual in-dealership process, as Matt apparently just does initial legwork upfront for internet traffic. I don't like buying vehicles, but I know I got a great deal. I did extensive checks (Edmunds/Costco/Craigslist/eBay/my car broker guy I used previously....etc) to understand what to expect price-wise. Very professional/efficient operation at Mtn States. The way they currently do business is how all dealerships will soon do business (thin margin/high volume), if they want to survive. I gave only 4 stars for Quality of repairs because I ended up on the side of the freeway 3 nights later waiting for a tow truck. But Mtn States totally stepped in the next day and took care of everything for me at no charge, including towing and a free rental while they fixed the relatively minor problem my car had. Would absolutely buy from them again. More

From the every first time I e-mailed Matt..forgot his last name for a price thru to going in and working with Nelson this as been almost like eating icecream. Seriously, the sales agent Nelson Im was fantastic, down to earth, extremely professional, just a around good person to work with. The main thing that jumps out to me is, when i had an issue with the armrest, which I wanted replaced. I kinda laid the law down, that I wanted the part replaced or else. Nelson was the best, he did everthing I asked and more. Nelson went above probably what he had to do to make me happy. That is unheard in after you purchase a car in the world today. His whole attitude was I'm here to make this work for you. I will definitly refer friends to Nelson, Also I was very impressed with Mountain States on the whole and everyone I've had the pleasure to work with in buying my new Prius. We bought a total of 3 three cars in 5 days plus my mother in law also bought a new car from Bo. After all the paperwork was signed, Bo took the time to pair our phones to the vehicles and show us how to use the navigation system. He also scheduled our first oil changes.
