As we pulled up to the dealership it was almost like they were expecting us the vehicle my wife was wanting was out front. Upon arriving we got out and decided to check out some of the used 4 runners on the lot when Ed Abeyta approached us. Ed was incredibly polite and very professional. Ed listened to what my wife was wanting and showed us a few of the used modules then took us out back and showed us all the new modules they had. We looked at several of the new 4-Runners they had, still remembering the one up front that we knew we liked. Ed took us back up front and took us to the new Gray fully loaded 4 Runner. My wife was extremely excited to see it was the exact interior she wanted. After seeing the 4Runner we decided to drive it and so Ed let us ride and drive while he gave us the break down of all the features the vehicle had. I have never owned a Toyota but they are nice vehicles! After letting my wife drive and Ed show us all the cool features we went back to dealership. Ed took some info down and let my wife and I talk about what we wanted to do. Let me be honest it was a done deal once we seen the 4Runner up front when we had arrived. We never once felt rushed or pushed to make a decision. As we started the buying process I couldn't of been more pleased with how everything panned out. We traded a car in with the purchase of the 4runner my wife cried like she was loosing a friend lol. I since have been telling all my friends to go and give the guys/gals at Mountain States Toyota a shot. Especially ED ABEYTA! ED thank you so much for everything. My wife is very pleased and we couldn't be more impressed with the vehicle. We were out hiking with our dog this morning when we got back to the 4Runner there was 3 people standing around checking out Allies ride. After talking with them they were interested in getting one as well and we gave them your information. Thanks again we have also adopted the Toyota motto "LETS GO PLACES" More

He was patient and attentive and would go out of his way to answer any questions we had. If he didn't know off-hand, he would find the answer and make certain we were satisfied. He made the whole experience easier and more pleasurable than any past car purchase we have ever made. He showed he wasn't simply looking to make a sale, but that he wanted to make sure we were satisfied as well. The only downside to the day was the time waiting between when we agreed on the deal and getting in to see the business manager to complete the paper work for the deal. After the wait though, Kelly was personable and professional. Overall we give Mountain States high marks! More

Sales Associate Derek Garcia listened to what my car buying needs were and worked to make sure my needs were met both in the type of vehicle and within my financial guidelines. His knowledge, professionalism and friendliness were very much appreciated and I would recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to know he listens to what buyers tell him. I also worked with Finance Manager Jason Crouse. It is always a little stressful when it comes time to sit down and go over the financial aspects of your purchase but I, again, felt that my concerns were taken seriously and he took his time to explain all of my options. After all my years of buying various other models of cars through other dealerships I have never felt less pressured by everyone I met at Mountain States Toyota. The entire experience, as well as my long-time mechanic's recommendation, has turned me into someone who will return to Mountain States when I am ready for my next Toyota purchase. More
