My experience with Mountain States Toyota has always been great. I was very pleased with Steve overall as well. I was looking for the 2013 Toyota Tacoma and found that Mountain States had the best price for what I was looking for. I saw Jimmy Gallegos' picture on Craigslist/Denver and it made me laugh since his pict Mountain States had the best price for what I was looking for. I called him up, he located the vehicle and said it would be in the middle of next month. I got my finances in order and went in one afternoon and took care of the paperwork in about two hours, my truck came in and Jimmy had it all taken care of and called me. I went in and picked up the truck in about an hour and went on my way. I was very pleased with the srevice and the dealership, the price was the best and even the finance guy was very helpful and I felt they were honest people. I would recommend this dealership and salesman to anyone looking for a Toyota or Scion vehicle. I've been recently looking for new highlander for a couple of months now. I've been around to many other dealer ships none of which match the quality, knowledge, presentation, pricing or courtesy of Mo couple of months now. Chris Knippelberg conducted financing and it was overall very smooth and easy to understand with no hassle. I especially want to point on Doan Vu, who facilitated the purchase. I've read some other reviews on him and must say they are all accurate. He was fervent in landing us a just price but overall didn't ignore the miniscule details that make up a great salesmen that represented his company and work place. The dealership itself was well organized, clean (Especially the bathroom wow!) and easy to navigate. After financing, Doan and Kady prunk had reviewed with me on the car so I knew how to use all the bells and whistles and Kady help me set up the bluetooth as well as other gadgets the car came equipped with. She seems very experienced in her work as Delivery coordinator. Overall this dealership and the faculty involved is highly recommended. More

Hank worked with me to explore all my financing options and possible ways to maximize my purchasing power. He felt more of an advocate than a business acquaintance. Very grateful that I had this man involved on my transaction, it made a world of difference. The one negative thing was the "hard sell" on the maintenance-identity theft packages in the finance dept. I know this is pushed on the employees to do so with ENTHUSIASM, but God bless America, NO THANK YOU ALREADY!! I would absolutely use this dealership again.............the only one I can say that about in a couple decades of buying cars. More

From offering refreshments, to giving a balloon to our toddler (simple, I know, but it kept her entertained), to helping us remove the roof rack on our trade-in, we felt like Doan offered the simple, yet courteous gestures that exemplify excellent customer service! Bob helped expedite the financing process making it quick and simple. Kady was very patient and did an exceptional job explaining all the bells and whistles that came with the car; she even took the time to pair my iphone with the bluetooth. Overall, my husband and I were very impressed with the entire car buying experience at Mountain States Toyota. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the level of customer service we received was truly outstanding! More
