We went in to look at the Sienna on a Friday night and were very impressed with the vehicle, and with the service we received from Yassin Bakka, he was very knowledgeable about all of the Siennas and show were very impressed with the vehicle, and with the service we received from Yassin Bakka, he was very knowledgeable about all of the Siennas and showed us some comparable SUVs, which he was extremely knowledgeable about as well. We still wanted to look at some other minivans and Yassin was very understanding, and did not pressure us into buying anything which we really appreciated! After looking around we were reassured that the Sienna was the best choice. We went back in on Saturday and had a wonderful buying experience, the service was wonderful, and at no point did we feel the usual sales pressure that you get when you buy a car at a dealership. Matthew Mendez was our finance manager and he was wonderful, we felt like we got a great deal on the car, and that we were not sold or pressured into anything that we did not want (which you usually get when you go to a dealership) I would recommend Mountain States Toyota to anyone in the market for a new car! After the purchase was completed he made sure that both of us knew how to operate everything in our new truck. He and Katie even made sure our phones were connected and that our Bluetooth would play Pandora. Justin Radlick, the Finance Manager, was great. He also made sure we knew everything that was happening. He had everything organized and prepared, making us feel very comfortable. He was very knowledgable and had a great personality.
