My experience began when I made contact with Travis Mitts in internet sales a few months earlier. He was always helpful and prompt to answer my questions and provide quotes. My decision was delayed when I got heavily involved in a project, and Travis was patient and did not press me for a decision. Once I decided what I wanted and had time to make a visit for a test drive, I was introduced to Jen Decker in sales by Travis. Jen is very personable and is also very knowledgeable about her products. She had a good answer for every question I asked, and I never felt I was rushed to make a decision. When I purchased my previous car from another dealer, I didn't get walked through the features and have them demonstrated to me while the car until after I purchased it. But Jen demonstrated everything to me before I even agreed to purchase the car. She spent a lot of time with me even though I could have walked away without a deal. I got other internet quotes from local dealers and Mountain States did well there too. I was satisfied with the purchase price.
