Several internet sites offer user reviews, but if you research those sites, you may discover many are not as unbiased as they appear. After reading reports from Edmunds, Consumer Reposts, and many others, I decided to stay with Toyota, since I’ve owned three and have had no trouble with any of them. Also, Toyota is always rated the most reliable, and that’s the real bottom line when it comes to vehicles. I researched many Denver dealers as well, always keeping in mind that some buyer reviews are based upon unrealistic expectations. After doing due diligence, I found that Mountain States Toyota always had a majority of positive reviews, Also, my daughter-in-law just bought a RAV4 Hybrid from them and had nothing but positive things to say about how she was treated. My experience at Mountain States was similar. Youssef Malki, the sales associate I worked with, shattered all my stereotypes about car salesmen. He listened closely to me and matched a RAV4 to my preferences. He was very knowledgable about the vehicle and gave me, not only a very fair price on my RAV4, but also on my Matrix trade in. His confident and friendly manner put me at ease.
