He was patient with me when getting all of the required documents to qualify to buy the car, and I felt very comfortable asking him questions or advice I didn't know about the process. When we got to financing Laura was equally as approachable and helpful. She didn't try to oversell me anything, and really made me feel like she was doing everything she could to get the best price. Both employees made me feel like they had my best interest at heart rather than a dollar sign for them and that was key. The next day when I was picking up my car from getting heated seats installed I saw both Joe and Paula, and got a big hug from both. Also loved my gift package from Joe in the mail. Mountain States was the last dealership to peruse. WE had narrowed down our car to the Highlander. Ray was patient and thorough. We appreciated the fact approach rather than the hard sale. He understood we were in a hurry and most likely would not be purchasing on day one. He still spent what time we had reviewing the different models of the Highlander helping us to compare, contrast to see what worked for us. We returned within 2 weeks to complete the purchase. (we were waiting on the settlement from VW to come in. We had 1 follow up call from the dealership and they did not hound us. We ultimately settled on the SE which gave my husband the sporty look he wanted yet the professional look I needed for my job. Ray was just what we wanted in a sales person.
