QUESTIONABLE SERVICE I had brought my Tundra in on 04-01-17, to have an oil change, tire rotation and brake inspection done, the dealership had found 1 of the lugs had bro I had brought my Tundra in on 04-01-17, to have an oil change, tire rotation and brake inspection done, the dealership had found 1 of the lugs had broken off. could not access the tools to remove the lug & was told to return truck following week to get work done (including the brake inspection and tire rotation. I called in an Appointment on Monday 04-03-17 for a drop off 04-04-17 a.m. I dropped off the truck @ 7:45 A.M. on 04-05-17 to have the work done and to call when ready for me to come get the truck. I was called @ 8:27 a.m. and was told the cost of the lug removal and replace was to be approx. 1-hour and $168.00. Not happy but gave the ok to have work done. At 2:15 received a call that I would need considerable break work done that would increase my bill to $883.00 roughly before taxes. I was told the work to be done and denied due to wanted a second opinion. I showed up to the dealership @ 4:00 and the truck was still not ready. I waited and while waiting overheard a different salesman @ the dealership offer a discounted price for the same work to a different customer. I asked the other customer what his vehicle was and it was a 2014 tundra with the same issues. he was quoted approx. $530.00 for the same work. a $330.00 difference. I asked if there were any discounts going on with the service lady I paid and was told she did not know. This is all very questionable. Also considering I still never got a tire rotation done, and question if anything was really checked beyond the lug due to markings I marked on my rims and lugs to verify they had been removed and interestingly only 2 of the rims marking did not match up. again very questionable. Not happy with the overall results and, doubt seriously I will ever be back to this dealership. More

He updated me on every car that he thought would interest me and right as I got back from vacation he had the perfect car and I bought it! He made it so easy and not stressful in any way! Andy Im was also great! He was quick and efficient in the finance department! This is my second car from Mountain States and I fully recommend them to everyone! More

Wonderful Experience We went here to initially look at used Toyotas. Right when we pulled up we were approached by an employee seeking if we needed help. We explained what exactly we were looking for with our budget and he heard us and took us right to where we wanted. Didn't waste our time, showed us our options, explained all of our options and took the time to me it an overall wonderful experience! We ended up driving away in a brand new car! We were very pleased! Alex was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, answered all of our questions and needs. He also checked in with us to make sure we were still happy with our purchase days after the purchase! Alex went above and beyond our expectations! More

New Vehicle Purchase/Chris Freehart First off I want to point out that after calling many different Toyota dealerships this was the only one that had the vehicle I was seeking. I would like to mention how great the inventory at this dealership was. We were able to look at many different models of vehicles as well as the different models years. Another wonderful aspect of this dealership was the sales associate that I worked with. One night we showed up about an hour before the dealership was about to close. Instead of having an irritated sales associate waiting to go home we were luckily approached by Chris. As soon as I stepped foot out of my car Chris immediately approached us with a wonderful attitude focusing on great customer service. We told him what vehicle we were seeking and he knew right where to find it. I also recall that night as being extremely cold with lots of ice. Instead of walking to the vehicle Chris personally drove us. Once we arrived at the vehicle Chris’s knowledge of it was outstanding. He knew all of the features of the vehicles and described the differences between the other models. At this point it was way past the business hours of the dealership and Chris was still right there with us answering all of our questions. We finally went back to his desk for one of the most stressful parts of vehicle transactions the price. Instead of a stressful situation Chris was so professional it made one of the most stressful aspects of car buying not bad at all. Once we had the price set we left and returned the next day to complete the purchase. The next night as soon as we showed up Chris was right there ready to help us. We finalized the purchase very quickly and then Chris used his extensive knowledge of the vehicle to make sure I understood all of the features of the model that I had purchased. After Chris’s wonderful walk through I was off. After a few days I returned with the vehicle to get some servicing done to it. I was told that these services would take most of the day so I decided to drop off the vehicle. After sitting in the waiting room for a short period of time I was once again approached by Chris. Instead of finding a ride to work Chris personally drove me there. This action blew my mind! He took the time out of his day to make sure my experience with himself and this dealership was beyond amazing. I personally have experience in the customer service field with my every day job and I can personally say that the service that Chris provided blew my mind! It was beyond amazing! I would highly recommend this dealership and even working with Chris. I will definitely be returning in the future! More
