He listened to what I was looking for and found it on the lot. We took for a test drive and then he asked if I would like to look at figures. No pressure. He didn't try to push options on me nor additional expenses. We spent about 45 mins together when I agreed. Again, no pressure from him, but rather, he addressed all my questions and needs! I ended up buying the truck and love it. Others that I dealt with were polite and attentive. What a positive experience! More

I have leased a Prius C and now I'm leasing a Corolla and both times I have used a deal checking website to see how good my lease deal stacks up to the average and both times the deal checker told me I was getting an outstanding deal-- and I believe it! Second, not only do I get great deals every time I do business here, the service is also outstanding. Both times, I worked with salespeople who were clearly invested in getting me the best deal and did everything they could to make my experience enjoyable and hassle-free. This last time, when I was leasing my Corolla, I worked with Patrick Ericsson and I couldn't be more impressed with the way he does business. He made me feel less like a customer and more like part of the family. Sometimes I forgot I was talking to a salesperson because he didn't use any of those slimy tricks that salespeople usually do. He was knowledgeable, patient, personable, and professional. If you are interested in leasing or purchasing a new or used vehicle, I highly recommend stopping into Mountain States and asking for Patrick specifically. I come all the way from Fort Collins to do business here because it truly is worth it for the service and product I receive. More
