I live in Louisville and there's Toyota dealers closer, but I wouldn't buy a vehicle form anywhere else but Mountain States. Working online and in person we selected the vehicle and options and price for the new vehicle and trade in without the usual guessing games. Everything went quickly and smoothly. They made me a very good deal - I'd done research on the dealer invoice prior to arriving at the dealership - they gave me a great price on my trade-in, they made the whole experience very easy and pleasant. I base a 5 star rating on 3 criteria: how I was treated during the front-end portion of the sales process, the overall purchase price, and the post handshake finance and delivery of the vehicle. The front-end purchase negotiations where very straight forward. At no time did I feel slight of hand, or minimized in anyway. Sales team very respectable, courteous. The purchase price was exceptional in my case. I had done my research and I felt I received a new Tundra at much better price than I even thought possible. The post handshake was perfect. Joe ensured I got a full tour of the dealership, including all departments and key managers. The Business manager (Sal) offered additional warranties, explaining options but never pushy. Joe gave a full walk around of the truck and all it's features and options. Met the Sales Manager (Ryan) once more before leaving to ensure I was happy with overall experience. This was a 5-star experience and I'm a happy customer. I would buy again here. I very much appreciated their professionalism and customer first attitude. More
