I was single and had no idea what to rent -- I just knew I need a safe car and that it needed to be functional. Randy was a star and walked me through the pros and cons of different cars. We landed on a 4Runner. I was so impressed with Randy's knowledge and affable personality. Fast forward two years later to this week. My lease was up, and I bee-lined straight to MST and to Randy, in particular. Once again, Randy walked me through several cars and payment options. My budget is tight -- thank you toddling twin boys -- and so Randy worked patiently with me as we worked through the leasing options that could work for my family. Today, I brought the twins in to meet Randy and switch out the 4Runner I drove them home in for the new r-e-d 4Runner (they are obsessed with red trucks). Randy was a class act from start to finish. He was amazing with my twins, and had me efficiently in and out of finance and the car change-over. What blew me away, however, was that Randy took it upon himself to help me install the boys' carseats. This was above and beyond the call of duty. While Randy is an honest and incredible salesman -- he is also one amazing human being. Go to MST, and request Randy. You will thank me. More

My wife unexpectedly needed to upgrade to an AWD vehicle, and I remembered how nice my experience had been working with Jim over a year ago. From the initial call to the test drive, negotiating the price, even the nice note and gift basket we got as a thank-you days later--Jim was the ideal to work for. We didn't even have to play games over the price, I had done my homework and knew what the vehicle was selling for and what I could afford to spend. Jim didn't push me to exceed my means or play games with the trade-in. We got a great vehicle at a great price with very little back and forth. As a lawyer who has heard too many lawyer jokes, I can say that Jim is the very model of an excellent car salesman. If and when I need to shop for another car, I will definitely start here. Ray was very knowledgable about the vehicle we were looking for and worked with us to locate to model and color we wanted. We finally found the car we were looking for but it was not scheduled to arrive at the dealership for over a week. Ray was very patient with us as we called to check on the status and was diligent in following up. When it finally came in, the process was very easy and quick (which you don't find at most dealerships), and overall we had a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend working with Ray - he met and exceeded our expectations! More
