My wife unexpectedly needed to upgrade to an AWD vehicle, and I remembered how nice my experience had been working with Jim over a year ago. From the initial call to the test drive, negotiating the price, even the nice note and gift basket we got as a thank-you days later--Jim was the ideal to work for. We didn't even have to play games over the price, I had done my homework and knew what the vehicle was selling for and what I could afford to spend. Jim didn't push me to exceed my means or play games with the trade-in. We got a great vehicle at a great price with very little back and forth. As a lawyer who has heard too many lawyer jokes, I can say that Jim is the very model of an excellent car salesman. If and when I need to shop for another car, I will definitely start here. Ray was very knowledgable about the vehicle we were looking for and worked with us to locate to model and color we wanted. We finally found the car we were looking for but it was not scheduled to arrive at the dealership for over a week. Ray was very patient with us as we called to check on the status and was diligent in following up. When it finally came in, the process was very easy and quick (which you don't find at most dealerships), and overall we had a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend working with Ray - he met and exceeded our expectations! More

Most people, myself included, would rather have a root canal than walk into a car dealership. Nick made the buying experience 180-degrees opposite of what I expected. He was fun, kind, thorough and didn't put me "in the hot seat" as I had anticipated from previous (read: painful) car-buying experiences. He listened to what features I was most concerned about and didn't try to push me towards features (read: a more expensive model) I didn't need. I truly cannot recommend Nick highly enough.
